Closest to nature. We saw a lot of wildlife, like giraffes at the water viewed from the nearby deck in the village. We also got to know the baboon troop touring the grounds, plus we were lucky with perfect weather. Clean environment, lovely hospitality, beautiful.

Very special authentic rooms in separated lodges. The staff were very kind people and very thoughtfull. The views are great. From the terras you look down in to the valley and sometimes you can see the rino's, giraffs and zebras. The food was good but not extrodinary.

Leshiba is a very special place indeed – from its stunning location, to its beautiful views, delightful staff , unique architecture and inspirational community arts and social upliftment programmes. On arrival, you are transferred up a steep escarpment – finally arriving at an Eden like clearing full of wild animals in front of a stunningly beautiful Lodge. A magical place... More

We spent three nights there and had a great time. Stunninly beautiful view from the terrace on the landscape. Excellent kitchen! Very lovely staff! Both types of the rooms (Village and Luxury Suite) are really beautiful. Even when the way there is difficult to drive, it's worthwhile to go there for a few nights. Especially the possibility to go for... More

We spent a night at Leshiba after visiting Kruger national park and wished we had stayed longer. You travel along a dirt path for about an hour up a mountain side thinking what could be at the top but when you get there it opens out into a lovely "lost" valley and is absolutely beautiful . There were only 7... More

We stayed in the Luxury Suite for a weekend, went on a game drive and spent the rest of our time relaxing. I am very happy we booked the Luxury Suite as the Venda Village didn`t really impress me,small rooms and the rooms are built very close to one another. The fact that they don`t have televisions or cell phone reception... More

We had a two night stay in one of the Venda village huts and it was absolutely beautiful. I won't repeat what others have said here but they are right, everything is so good! I strongly recommend this place and really can't fault it. It really is gorgeous and the staff are so lovely too. A special mention for excellent... More

We'd planned a hectic three week business trip through Limpopo and had the opportunity to include some week-end breaks in our itinerary. Leshiba was selected for the first week-end, and proved to be a real treat. We stayed on a self-catering basis in luxury suites, which provided far more than we expected, given the very reasonable rates. Staff were unobtrusive,... More

We are so blessed to have had this wonderful place as our honeymoon destination. Completely cut off from the rest of the world. We were so very lucky to have been the only guests there at that time and were so spoilt by Joyce and Nancy and the rest of the team there. Lovely home cooking! Most wonderful and relaxing... More

We stayed two nights in the Leshiba Venda village. The whole style of this place is unique. The rooms in traditional style, combined with the nice decoration designed by an artist give this place something special. Rooms are comfortable, but not luxurious. There is a central room which serves as a 'living room' where we enjoyed the warm fireplace, because... More
