Hotel miserable and depressing but the room was clean. Desperately in need of updating. Don’t have the free “ Hot “ breakfast it was awful……..I suggest going to the local super market just down the road more

Stayed 1 night only as a stopover. Would agree with most other comments on this hotel - our room was clean & quite comfortable, but very basic (did have decent aircon, though). OK for a 1 night stay only, and although close to Lake Havasu, not a very good outlook. Staff seemed OK. Overall, I'm pretty neutral about this place,... more

Stayed at the Quality Inn Havasu for 1 night earlier this month. Stopped over en route to the Grand Canyon after driving from LA. On checking in the reception area is very drab and reminded me of a 1970s UK B & B. Things did'nt improve when we made our way to the 1st floor room. No running water for... more

For what we paid, this room was about what we expected. Nothing fancy, not exactly spotless (cigarette butt & trash on floor next to vanity), old and outdated, etc. It's close to Lake Havasu, Site Six Marina, and London Bridge, and it has plenty of boat trailer parking. HOWEVER, the service we received at this hotel was AWFUL. After the... more

Hotel said they have recently been renovated but couldn't really see it, New bedsheets maybe but carpet was old and bathroom looked old, walls seemed really old and not even had a new coat of paint in a while. Called hotel ahead of time to ask pet policy and I specifically asked if pet was allowed to be left alone... more

I stayed here July 3-4, 2008. I booked/paid for the hotel through Expedia. However, the front desk guy asked for my credit card and he made a copy of it. I told him that the hotel was paid for through Expedia but he said he needed to make a copy for incidental charges. When I got home I checked my... more

Hotel location good, close to London Bridge. Pool & area ok but too hot to sit outside. Room a large size but a tiny bathroom, door almost touched toilet and no room to dry yourself after shower. The room clean but would benefit from some updating. Air conditioning unit extremely noisy but essential due to heat. The whole hotel felt... more

The hotel is like Lake Havasu City - worth avoiding unless you're on Spring Break!! Very little to see or do. Rooms were distinctly average. The free breakfast was disposable - the food as well as the crockery. Go for the cereal!! The only reason we stayed here was our fly-drive forced us to. more

We stayed in a King bed suite with our 9 month old. There was plenty of room for him to crawl around. The suites are two adjoining rooms. One room has a pull out couch. The furniture looked relatively new. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. At these prices, we will definitely stay here again. more

Stopped at this hotel/motel as part of a package on the way to LA, and wasn't sure what to expect as reviews had been pretty bad but it looked like they had done the place up and we were pleasantly surprised. When we got there the hotel was quiet, we had the pool to ourselves which my kids loved -... more
