I don"t understand the complaints here. We stayed there for one week and had a nice, quiet and clean room. The pool was well maintained, even so the hot tub. The staff was helpfull and friendly. If, for such a price you can't expect champagne, linen, sauna.... Think some people are expecting Hilton quality for a sheap price. Keep on... More

I had read the reviews on this hotel & was a bit skeptical, but I liked this hotel. The staff was helpful, she upgraded us to a balcony room right at checkin when I asked, the room was nice sized & we had a beautiful view! The pool & hot tub area were clean & well kept. Only complaints, not... More

We stayed in Lake Havasu City on our way home from Palm Springs. It was a comfortable hotel but need upgrading. Good swimming pools, close but not walking distance to good restaurants and the London Bridge. Definitely only a stopover place.

Close to the lake Close to the beach and sand. Watching the boats from the beach and kids playing on the play ground. Close to the bridge, restaurants, shops..Bar and restaurant were not open when I was there.

The air conditioning in the halls and lobby was off or didn't work which made the room air conditioner run constantly but still not keep up. Thats not good when the outdoor temperature is 110. Could not use the balcony because of the room temperature increasing. Sliding door would not lock. The room was dirty- found food on the floor.... More

First of all, we had issues booking and being charged, "No Show" fees for dates we did not book. When I initially booked I was given the impression I had to book a more expensive room because they had no other rooms available, but when they messed up our reservations they could only give us a lesser room for a... The potential to be an outstanding hotel is there, but management seems to be running it into the ground instead. The day I checked in, as I stepped back from putting something on the bed, I found something stuck to my boot - and it wasn't the only garbage left on the rug. The bathroom lived down to that standard,... More

Stayed overnight due to the reasonable rate. Good location near shopping and the bridge area. Not sure why we were put in a handicapped room on the second floor. Did not even see an elevator, tho I assume there is one for getting the handicapped upstairs. Not a good room for us, because the sink in the bathroom has no... More
