Have stayed here before & the accommodation is deteriorating. It's a great spot for location in Kruger & proximity to game viewing hot spots. The huts stink of chemicals and are over due a desperately needed upgrade. The booking system is a joke. Wanted to stay 5 nights and had to check in and out 3 times to achieve this.... More

We only had one night here, our first in Kruger and it was great, especially the restaurant and shop. Bungalow was great with it's little outdoor kitchen and dining area. Appeared to be lots of day visitors as restaurant was so busy, but can understand why. Atmosphere was fantastic, overlooking the river and occasional animal sighting, food, wine and service... More

We stayed there during a 5 day safari trip in which hotel is included. Well maintained with all the basic facilities. Suggest to bring flash light for the evening in that most of the roads inside do not have lights.

Lovely little bungalows. Rustic like the bush should be. But it has everything you need. Great shower. Beds are comfortable. No frills no fuss but that's part of the experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here

I love staying at Skukuza when in Kruger. There are plenty of Accor oration options, and also a number of options for food and a small supermarket. I can't remember how many times I've stayed here now but it's probably between 10 and 15 times. The accommodation is nothing flash, but it's very affordable (although this trip was dearer than... I love it there! I'm not gonna lie and say there is anything fancy or plush about the bungalows in Skukuza. They are not fancy in any way, but that is NOT why I go to a national park or choose to sleep in a national park bungalow. I love that I'm sleeping in an encampment surrounded by the wild... More

Wonderful stay at Skukuza, nothing like the bushveld. Bungalows very clean with basics. Awesome to sit outside and have a braai. A word of advice would be to check what kitchen equipment your unit has. There is a restaurant and shop for just about everything you need

Our bungalow had two twin beds, hot water, a reliable flush toilet, and plenty of support should one decide to BBQ. We chose to eat at the Cattle Baron which served world-class filet mignon right there in the campground. The cap store was very good with lots of opportunities for supplies and souvenirs. This was our favorite rest camp in... More

We had bangalow for 4 nights in Skukuza. It's a busy camp (we went to Pretoriouscop for comparison it was really quiet). If you don't like many people it's not for you. If you have kids it's a great place. Plenty of space. Bangalows are not new but well kept. Everything is clean and useful. To give you example in... More

A friend and I stayed at Skukuza camp (room 146) for four days during the school holidays, and boy, was it busy! I'm used to going out of season, but had to go in peak season this year. Apart from the amount of activity, Skukuza did not disappoint! The camp is located centrally in the southern part of Kruger, making... More
