There is all types of accommodation here but the bungalows are well equipped and comfortable. I have been to the Kruger many times and this camp has always been a successful stop over because you can go off in many directions from here. There is also a lot of people around this camp so watch the sighting board at the... More

We stayed in one of the safari tents which was adequate, but HOT! We only had a stand up fan for cooling (and there were several power outages) so we spent our evenings going in and out of the shower to cool off. So if you are there when it is hot, you might want to make sure you are... More

We spent overnight in a bungalow, it was part of a 2-day safari with Africa Spear tours - about US $650 for two people, 1 night at Skukuza camp, 2 days of drive safari (us, 2 ppl and one guide - perfect!) and dinner at Cattle Baron steak restaurant inside Skukuza. The accommodation is basic, has kitchenette, comfy beds, even... More

The camps is getting an upgrade and the conference centre and some areas look fresh. Our rondavel was close to the very nice Dip camp & pool that was deserted and perfectly blue. There is little privacy as the rondavels are very close to one another and in a circled area but people tend to be quiet as night falls... More

Five friends stayed at a family cottage for two nights. The space is quite generous. We liked the layout with a bedroom and private bathroom on each end of the cottage and the common areas (kitchen, dining, and sitting area in the middle. The kitchen was stocked with most of what we needed to prepare our meals. There was only... More

We stayed for 1 night in one of the tents. The one we stayed in definately needs an update. The musquitonets were torn as was were the "windows" so musquitos were able to get in. The beds were like hammocks, there was a big ditch in them. The showers and toilets are old and don't look that clean, although they... More

A great camp with lots of game and river frontage. The river front bungalows are a must but watch out for the light fingered monkeys! The restaurant is a food chain type establishment so unfortunately not as good as it has been in the past but still reasonable in quality and cost. There is always the option to self cater... More

Lovely stay at skuk us in one of the guest cottages, accommodation is simple but has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Staff were friendly and helpful, grounds kept clean and the view was spectacular over the river with a morning elephant wake up :-)

Although Skukuza is situated in one of the most unique and awesome places on the planet, it doesn't look like like the huts have had a proper make-over since the 70's. The beds are ok, and there is hot water, but the rest of the decor has not been changed. Repairs have been made "African-Style", resulting in windows that won't... More

We stayed in bungalow with closed terrace near the river, very simple but clean and good enough for couple of days. Restaurant was quite ok, although the service is super slow. Great advantage is the location - short drive to the Sabie river where most of animals hangout;)
