The accommodation is basic - clean and relatively spacious. If you've not used these camps before - worth remembering you will only et heat is stated on our booking. No frills such as TV/Radio or Internet. The smoke from cooking permeates the rooms. The restaurant provided the best meal we had hilts in Kruger (the other camps we stayed at... More

Great facilities with ablution blocks close by. Each campsite has its own braai and shop is well-stocked. Sleep quality has nothing to with the camp itself, but due to our camping neighbour who had a terrible snoring problem, but this was fixed by relocating to other end of the site next night. Good game viewing along the fence line! We... More

Very nice camp! Camp is clean and not noisy. Ablution block is clean and enough hot water, showers is a bit small not enough space to hang or pack your stuff. But that is ok as the block is clean. Nice wild life around the camp. Shop have most of the things you need, staff in the camp is friendly... More

This location was the best one where we stayed in the Kruger Park (among Orpen Rest Camp & Timboti Camp). The accomodation is spacious, comfortable, full equiped (large shower, kitchen with bar, barbecue, terrace). No vis-a-vis and the best part ... the bungalow was located in front of the fence ! (for that choose a bungalow with PERIMETER -> like... More

We stayed for three nights at Berg en dale at end of our two week trip in South Africa. Keeping in mind this was in middle of national park, we found the bunglows to be adequate for our needs. The camp is conviniently located at 1.5 hour from Nelspruit airpirt and 30 min from the Melelane gate. It is secured... More

Family of 6 stayed in a chalet for 7 nights. The location is fantastic if you are flying into Nelspruit. Doing the Berg-en-dal, Lower Sabie, Skukuza ring is probably best for game viewing. The accommodation is not up to standard. Camp facilities for young children are lacking. There is a large pool and small jungle gym at Berg-en-Dal. I'd rather... More

Stayed one night at Berg-en-Dal rest came (Bungalow BA3U). Great way to start the holiday. First night in Kruger National Park. The bungalow was cosy and had all that we required for self-catering. Ensure you have private amenities. Makes the stay much nice. Check in staff were fabulous and they ensured our friends were in a bungalow near by. Make... More

We enjoyed the camp for the 2 days we spent here. The wildlife experience was exceptional and the facilities fine. The location was a perfect launch spot for our wildlife drives. Great location, comfortable lodgings, excellent stay.

The perfect location for exiting the park. The chalets are great, and the best part is that each is fairly private. Your neighbour is not within earshot. Loved the game drive and the guide was by far the best we've experienced in Kruger. He knew his stuff and was very obliging when it came to questions. Definitely one of the... More

We stayed here because we had a long drive to the park and needed to get to the cottages before the gates closed. We weren't disappointed - we had a two bed chalet and it was comfortable, private and had everything we needed. The restaurant has good food and the shop is adequately stocked for necessities. Staff all round were... More
