I stayed here for a recent conference. Everyone was so incredible nice. There dinner restaurant staff and food definitely stood out. Even outside the restaurant they were always checking on us when they saw us throughout the day. The rooms are roomy, clean and spacious. Very luxurious! The bathroom was fantastic!

Travelled on business with a delegation. We also had some official functions organized there. The management of the events was seamless, the staff went out of its way to provide the best possible service. The area is quiet and safe, the hotel is located in a small park-like security estate. The rooms are very pleasant and spacious. The quality of... More

I was booked at the Royal Elephant after a change in travel dates meant that there was no vacancy at my preferred hotel. I was quite pleasantly surprised, rooms are large and intimate, thoughtfully and tastefully put together. Probably have the best bathrooms I have seen in a while. Not enough mirrors though, none in the corridors, and only one... More

Absolutely beautiful hotel / resort. Very secluded and lovely for those truly wanting to rest and retreat. As an international guest, my timing was very off, hence the necessity of late night dining is important to me. Unfortunately, room service isn't 24 hours and the restaurants close at 9:00 PM. However the Sunday buffet was amazing! A large selection of... More

We stayed here for two nights, and were pleasantly surprised! The rooms were beautiful , not Africa kitsch, but stylish Moroccan! The food was delicious and the service was excellent , we will definitely be back!

Stayed over for one night, our second stay at the Royal Elephant. Really enjoyable. Beautiful decor and spacious, comfortable rooms. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Traveled with baby and room was comfortable enough.

Very nice hotel In Pretoria area, Arabian style, with big rooms and bathrooms. Very gentle staff. Also a good restaurant in the hotel, at fair prices. Breakfast is ok, with some typical and other traditional options.

Conference centre was generally average. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Venue was well organised and the food (lunch) was great. The hotel and conference centre is well situated in beautifull surroundings.

Found this hotel to be generally Ok with pleasant staff, but average level of comfort and sadly no swimming pool. The focus appeared to be more towards the business user rather than tourists like us and occupation at this time of year was clearly low. The hotel was booked via an agent so wasn't really what we expected. It's location... More

We decided to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday at The Royal Elephant Hotel with breakfast at Fezorati. This turned out to be a very good choice, as they provide a very comprehensive and tasty buffet breakfast. For the less hungry guests they also have a continental breakfast option. Upon our arrival we were welcomed in a very friendly way by... More
