I was pleasantly surprised at the set-up. I appreciate the creativity and loved the décor of the room. Although we were only a few km from home, it felt as if we were on holiday. We will definitely come again!

For one nights' sleep-over, this was, I guess, as good as it could possibly get. I have to draw the attention of Management to two issues, if I may: there were ants in the bathroom (millions of them) and they even got into the bed during the night. The following morning's breakfast was a bit of a disaster: the supervisor,... More

Unfortunately I did not get an opportunity to dine at the lodge, but the reception we received was good and the room was excellent. We were told we had free wifi but unfortunately that never worked at all. the general atmosphere of the area is great, what I enjoyed most of all was the peace!

We have been visiting the lodge for a few years as a familiy. My boys love the magic garden with secret paths (and wild animals in their imgination), the trampoline and the pool. We love the fact that we can braai if we want to and the rooms are comfortable with stocked fridges, sherry and choclates daily. A gem in... More

I stayed here by myself as I had a hospital appointment nearby the next day, but I will definitely be back with my family. The lodge is lovely and is run by people who clearly really care about it. It is set in it’s own grounds, has a swimming pool and nice gardens with a jungle gym at the back.... More

Although the setting of Lapalosa almost takes your breath away, the service is at best average. We stayed there for two nights. The place was always clean and comfortable, but the 'DSTV' consists of five channels, and the 'internet vouchers' did not work. We experienced it as very overpriced for what you get. At the morning of our departure, we... More

Lapalosa is a lovely, peaceful lodge close to the centre of Centurion. It is hidden away down a pan handle and is surrounded by trees and bush, giving the feeling of being well away from the rush of city life. The room was always spotless, meals were excellent and service was great.

Not many B & B’s can say that they endeavour to supply it all but Lapalosa Lodge truly went out of their way to do so. The hospitality was excellent and one was made to feel very comfortable. I would truly recommend Lapalosa Lodge to anyone. Gail Grobbelaar.
