Very overrated and not that good. The lodges themselves are finished in very dark style which with the dim lighting and high trees outside makes them seem very dark and oppressive inside with the dark floors, dark ceilings, dark furniture and dark everything. Zimbali Lodge is a spectacular place--truly paradise 50km up the North Coast from Durban. But it isn't reality.
