Fairy Knowe Backpackers is a little heaven in Wilderness, hidden in the forest, with great atmosphere, well looked after facilities and helpful staff. I’d stay there for weeks if I could. The bar air is cozy and there is also free wifi! Ask staff for advice on what to see in the area, they'll set you up with the best!

The hostel has a really big space, surrounded by wilderness national park, what makes the place so relaxing and with a nice atmosphere. Although having a old house structure, the dorms are really comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Stayed here for 3 nights and it was so lovely. The entertainment area is really nice with all you could ask for and the lodges are clean and spacious. Beautiful location with lots to do. Comfortable, clean dorms with good linen. Good showers. Good breakfasts/dinner every day. Free WiFi. Great bar with pool table and good atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Canoes/Bikes for hire. Hard to fault!
