Had to stay there for busniness. Not again. was not very clean, it is really noisy, the front desk staff was rude, housekeeping came into my room without knocking. And then to eat breakfast in a Fish restaurant is not funny.

As my title says its really only suitable for gamblers looking for a plsce for some shut eye. Rooms are not worth the money. I live in pietermaritzburg and can honestly say there ar better hotel s or bnbs in the vicinity.

The facilities at this hotel are good. The service however is appalling. When we fisrt checked in the room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned, with dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor. Being at the hotel I had the chance to try out a number of the restaurants that the hotel offers. Ola I found to be value for money especially if you have children.
