We stayed here at the recommendation of friends and it was a lovely place to stopover on the way to Kruger. The room was pleasant and the meals good and they had a spa and a gym and nice pool. Rooms were clean and seemed to be a popular place for tourists. The staff very friendly and helpful.

My uncle took me here for my 18th birthday and it was easily the most stunning place I've ever every stayed at. My room was stunning with a glass window separating the bathroom and bedroom. Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the spa, swimming pool late in the evening and the river and Safari rides. I have never been... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Ghost Mountain. The hotel is located next to a lovely lake with it's own picturesque jetty and views to the mountains. Lots of pleasant public areas to relax in and excellent restaurant and bar. The staff were always welcoming and attentive. The rooms are quite small but well specified and with a small outside... Stayed for two nights. Good, comfortable rooms, with patio area. Good bathroom. Interesting grounds. Pleasant communal areas and the walkway leading to the lake is worth trying. No a la carte and buffet at dinner not the best (but maybe I'm being fussy after several other good offerings at other hotels on this trip). Breakfast fine. Service helpful. Sean the... More

Upon our arrival, everyone of our group was surprised by the exotic setting of this hotel. Mkuze doesn't look quite the same way. Our rooms were large, each with a private patio. Bathrooms were good sized also. Our first night here was a rainy one so dinner was served in the dining room which is tastefully decorated. The options on... More

We went for a meal for my husband's 50th birthday at Ghost Mountain Inn. This was arranged by my friends who live nearby. We had drinks in the garden, sitting next to an enormous fig tree and walked down the jetty through the "crocodile infested" lake. Didn't see any crocs though! The food was lovely, service was great, couldn't fault... More

We stayed at Ghost Mountain for two days as part of a tour the end of January 2014. We were welcomed by the manager and given a drink on arrival. The Public area of the hotel is quite nice. The Food for breakfast was fine with lots of variety. There is a nice garden and pool area. The backdrop to... More

As a tourist guide, one visits lots of establishments and experiences from the worst to the best. Sean can definitely get a gold medal for interacting with guests and for just being everywhere and checking on everything to keep guests happy. We had to leave at 06:00 and he was already there in the breakfast room, keeping an eye as... More

Management here go out of the way to keep us tourists happy! Most resorts you never see management interact with travellers but here Sean and his team were fantastic! They would always be around checking in on any concerns or just having fun with us all! Book your safari with Adam, he will give you an awesome trip! Property is... More
