Ghost Mountain is a great place to relax. From the moment we arrived we got a genuine feeling that all the staff wanted to do their best for us and over a five day stay this proved to be true. The main reason is that Sean, the manager, takes a personal interest in his guests and his staff. He is... More

Accommodation, food, staff and the ambiance was exceptional. The trip to the local Zulu homestead was an experience that will remain with me for many years. Ghost Mountain Inn is a place I would highly recommend. I will be back.

I had the pleasure of staying three nights at this resort with friends and enjoyed every minute. Staff on site were very knowledgeable about the region and both the boat cruise and safari drive were outstanding. Food was delicious and plentiful. Definitely will visit again.

I must state that the service received from Sean, Nati, Bae, Fay and the entire team at Ghost mountain Inn was phenominal. We did have initial issues with the rooms, but the team banded together and made sure we were happy. At the morning breakfast expect smiles and a visit from all the management. The safari team was excellent as... More

Our tour group stayed two nights and it was quite enjoyable. Our breakfasts and dinners were included and we were not disappointed with the meals. Lots of variety with pre-cooked and ready to make dishes at each meal. The service was very good. The grounds are very well maintained and nice to walk about. Purchased a lunch on the second... 4.5* Gracious Inn, super friendly efficient staff, lovely rooms boasting all the extra's, delicious food, beautiful gardens, inviting pool, pampering spa and the most relaxing picturesque jetty overlooking the breathtaking lake and mountains teaming with prolific bird life. Certainly somewhere I would return and I recommend you do too :)

This place is located really close to the Dam where they catch great Tiger fish. A magnificent 'Inn' that has everything including an inviting pool. The food was really good and the matching wine went down a treat. Surroundings picturesque and staff very helpful for everything. Definitely recommend.

We stayed over Christmas for 4 nights. Pros: Food was buffet style but very delactable. Refreshingly friendly staff who give excellent service. Lovely and relaxing common areas- bar, pool and courtyard. Well planned and enjoyable excursions, boat ride and game drive. Best part was picnicking under a fig tree and relaxing in sun loungers by the lake. Cons: Air conditioning... More

This is a lovely hotel in a magnificent setting with grounds leading down to a natural lake full of reeds with Weaver birds nesting and an abundance of other bird and wildlife evident. The large jetty, with sunbeds, stretches out into the lake for magnificent views and offers a relaxing hour during the early evening, prior to eating. We had... More

What a delight to arrive here after a long day’s drive – certainly an outstanding country inn. And a spa to boot! The inn is well appointed, modern and the rooms offer great, comfortable beds and all needed amenities. The best staff we’ve experienced for some time – well trained, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and incredibly willing. We were most impressed... More
