We booked a week at Suntide Qunu as part of out family holiday. The staff is really friendly and competent. Activities like horse riding, hiking, put-put, tennis, pool, childrens playroom help to pass the time. We like holidays where the activities are a bit closer and more diverse. We did drive out to Drakensberg Gardens, and Natal Midlands on day... More

My sisters and i recently took our 87 year old mother to Suntide Qunu for 5 days. We had a lovely very comfortable chalet overlooking the valley to the distant mountains. The staff went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. The chef on thinking we may have missed out on the tea and cake... More

Being a city girl I never thought that I could fall in love with the country side. Qunu Lodge is perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The evenings are abit chilly but in the morning our chalet had the most glorious view of the sunrising against the mountains. Really stunning. There... More

My husband and I took our 7 month old son to Qunu Lodge for a weekend and had a fantastic time. The place is unbelievably beautiful and you really feel back in touch with nature. There are various hiking trails to suit all fitness levels and age groups and the resort itself had ample activities to fill your day when... More

This is an amazing and breath-taking place. View for miles and natural beauty without borders. The hiking trails to the fall are not for the faint hearted but very well worth it. I wish I had made arrangements to stay longer than just a long weekend.

We felt like naughty school children sneaking away on Friday and playing ‘hooky’. I have wanted to stay at Suntide Qunu Lodge for an age, and when the opportunity suddenly presented itself, we ‘grabbed’ it. Arriving mid-afternoon, we were able to get a good feel of the resort layout and absorb the breath-taking view down the valley, before the mist... More

We stayed at this lodge for six nights in May. We were two people and we stayed in one of their one bedroom apartments. The unit was clean and decently quipped for a self catering holiday. Daily cleaning was a huge plus for this lodge. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The view from our unit was gorgeous... More

Do you want to enjoy a relaxing, fabulous weekend in the "country"? Indulge yourself in this beautiful lodge. Just back from a long weekend with my family. Suntide Qunu Falls is surrounded by forests. The indoor and outdoor facilities are very good and clean. The entertainment area caters for all ages. The bar is comfortable and cosy. You can order...
