Lack of service and care taken at this hotel. Clearly they are riding on the coat tails of previous ownership and reputation. Noisy gate kept us awake, room untidy with bed unmade at check in and upon returning after our first day out at 4pm. They had one person cleaning the 11 rooms, cobwebs in the window frame above bath.... More

We decided to book into The guest house for my wife's Bday weekend. Where to I start: 1. Upon arrival Friday afternoon 3pm the staff were counting sugar packets on the floor in the foyer blocking the entrance. 2. Checking into our room it had not been made up, only an uncovered mattress on the bed, so brought back downstairs... More

Breakfast took forever, they had one person cooking breakfast for 8 people. If you can't do a hot breakfast, serve a cold continental one, nothing wrong with that. Instead we ate at different times, like in relays. Brian was fantastic, but his name tag was spelt incorrectly! My room looked onto the pool and I could hear the staff in... More

The venue is very impressive and upmarket and oozes class. The check in was quick and efficient and the room itself very large and super comfortable king size bed. Looking onto beautiful pool area and the sea in the distance you feel calm and relaxed. The rooms amenities are in place and the bathrooms superb. No phone in room which... More

Stayed at a weekend with a business colleague - the accommodation and staff are great but the food quality was very poor and due to minimal weekend staffing, the pool was unusable due to it being full of detritus.

We stayed only one night and had the most wonderful stay. The setting is beautiful. The rooms magnificent. Large double shower, beautiful bath and really large bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful environment. Shawn was excellent in welcoming us and making sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend the Auberge Hollandaise.

Augberge Hollandaise is a beautiful property in Northway. The rooms are huge and emanate an old world charm. The bathrooms are spacious and have all the modern amenities. The upstairs pool-facing rooms have a common balcony that has a view of inner courtyard with the pool and the restaurant and you catch glimpse of the Indian Ocean through trees in... More

We were relocated to this property due to problems with our original booking at their sister hotel, Three Cities Urban Park. We arrived approximately 30 minutes after the receptionist from Urban Park had called to book us in, so in a very short space of time the rooms were prepared and turned down for us, this might explain the used... Quiet and well kept place, had a nice homely feeling to it. Very friendly staff who took care of our every requirement with a smile. The pool side dining area and a honesty bar was a of the many plus points for this property. The cook made one of the best omelettes I have had on the trip. Overall a... More
