Checkd in to hotel in late evening. Had a woman named Ashley helped us. She was great! Great customer service the whole stay, and the best customer service Ive come across yet! Called the hotel later to find out she was manager and I can see why! Ask for Ashley and your stay will be great, she will make sure.... more

Try to avoid this place its really old and dirty, big stains in carpet , wall paper pealing, crown molding missing, holes in wall where curtain rods use to be long time ago and wireless internet that barely worked, didnt stay for breakfast more

This hotel was great. Good service at frontdesk, nice clean rooms, good price. perfect for a stopover. Kingman is a nice route 66 place to stopover and this motel matches perfect. Have dinner at Mr D'z diner closeby. Best burgers... more

My friend and I took off on an 8 day tour of the southwest on our motorcycles and this hotel in Kingman was the first stop. It is an older property on the old route 66, but it has been refurbished and is now a Quality Inn. I would prefer to stay in one of these motels where you can... more

This hotel is definitely the best in Kingman. The decor, the facilities, the rooms and the beds are all above par for a hotel of this supposed category. Breakfast Bar, classy and well presented and better than others of comparable hotels. There is a gym, business centre, pool. We stayed in a suite, spacious, well fitted out and spankingly clean... more

This is an old two story hotel (only because it is on a hill. If you get a second floor room, you can actually park in front of your room.) There is kind of a shrine in this place to some guy who used to own it and got his picture taken with has been celebrities. The photos are posted... more

We rate this place a 2.5. It has seen better times. It’s an old, rather tired motel that needs maintenance. The housekeeping was slipshod, and there was no bathmat. The room we had was very basic and worn. If you like to listen to trains at night—all night—be sure to get a room at the back. On the up-side, the... more

Stayed for one night on the way to Grand Canyon arriving late and leaving early. Did not use the pool as temperatures were pretty low. Old property, rooms very worn and basic. Breakfast was good, as mentioned in other reviews. Staff was friendly. Internet PC in lobby worked. Overall, I would not stay there again, although the price was good.... more

Reasonable rate but pretty far off I-40. This property could use better lighting and a bit of updating. The room was pretty stark but clean, except the carpet which could have used a good cleaning. The bed and bedding were standard. Didn't use the pool and left before breakfast started. more
