If you want a reasonably priced place to spend the night with good service. If you don't mind that there needs to be upgrades . This property fits the bill. There are upgrades being made to the property and I realize that not everything can be done oat once, However carpets that are so dirty that white socks turn black... More

The hotel is located a couple of miles away from interstate 40 along Rout 66 and might be a bit difficult to find. Some of the walls are packed with old movie posters and some rooms are marked with names of celebrities having slept there implying that the hotel has seen better days and it absolutely needs a makeover. The... More

We stayed here for one night to break up our drive from LA to Grand Canyon. The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was the musty smell. The room, in fact the whole place, is run-down and dirty. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the carpet looked grungy. I really wish... More

As a one night stop over this hotel was just about ok. price wise I've paid less for better. We were checked in very quickly and we were able to park right outside our allocated room, which made it easy for unpacking the luggage from our car. As it was for only one night, the dated look of this property... More

This hotel is pretty old and run down, but there's not much to choose from in the middle of the desert. The sheets and towels appeared to be clean, but everything else was questionable. The carpet felt grungy, and we wore our flip flops in the room and bathroom and never walked around in bare feet. We were going to... More

We chose this hotel based on the good reviews. We were excited to find a low priced motel in Kingman. I'm on a long journey and we arrived at approximately 1 a.m. We got a great deal on the hotel room through express deals on Priceline. When we arrived there were two huge dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. We... More

Room smelled like mold, dingy lighting. Outdated design, decor and facilities. Bathroom was the worst part smelled horrible and was full of hairs even before it was first used by us. AC unit worked aprubtly leaving us either way too cold or too hot. Front desk attendant at night was nice at first but then almost threatened us to not... More

The entryway was dirty, had to change rooms cause frig over frozen, could not use for my insulin. Carpet was dirty, didn't look vacuumed, the next room wasn't any better, hair on floor of bathroom, stains on the floor. The one good thing was the bed..

Very disappointed and what an opportunity lost , on Route 66, great memoribelia, design of the era when the route was the main road but what a disappointment when you get to the room. The web site portrays better days. Desperately in need of painting , deep cleaning of the carpets and furniture that is in need of repair or... More

Booked a room thru Priceline for one night as we were just passing through Kingman. Not being familiar with the city, we were unaware that the hotel is in a very old part of town. Check-in was smooth -- but the front desk and public areas were totally deserted - sort of like the beginnings of a bad movie. We... More
