The room was ok. The shower was ok. The soap was ok. Towels old and rough but adequate. Bed ok. Sheets ok. Older motel that needs updated right. TV ok. Skipped the free breakfast. Left early in the morning. No reason to hang around this place. Adequate. Should have been $35 instead of $60. I would not stay here again.... More

Owner seems to genuinely care about his business. Overall, it was fairly clean and a good value. However, the pool is extremely dirty with trash in it and just did not seem sanitary at all. If you plan on using it, I would sanitize myself afterward. Also, the railing going into the pool is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Several... More

The desk clerk was very nice. The room was disgusting! Our socks were black , the carpet needs chunked, gross! We had the 2nd floor corner room, the floor had a very squeaky board, you could not move without it squeaking, when people moved next door it would move our bed . No coffee pot in room, microwave & refrigerator... More

If you HAVE to stay in Kingman & can't afford ( or don't want to pay) triple digits for a room , then this is a decent alternative & trust me.. I checked most of them! ( I searched rooms for 2 hours in this town!) I was looking for a SAFE room, 2 QUEEN beds, NON-SMOKING with large truck... More

It is very convenient from the freeway, restaurants and fuel within a block. Older hotel but maintained. The room was comfortable, had a refrigerator and microwave. It also had a sofa and table. A continental breakfast was offered in the lobby however we left before it was available. OK for a traveler looking for a decent night's sleep.

This place is awful. They have not put a dime into freshening up or updating anything. Hard to know where to start....towel rack that is not attached to the wall, baseboards that once were white but now are black, cigarette burns on the bathroom countertop, green carpet that is black at the door, paint chipping in the room, exterior paint... There was breakfast served in the main lobby. I had to check around but he matched the price of one near by and I appreciated that. ....................................................................

We stayed for one night on our Route 66 road trip. We only paid £29 for 2 of us and for that we had 2 queen beds, clean linen and a basic but adequate continental breakfast. Mr Patel suggested the Ramada Hotel just down the road for our evening meal and this was very good. Value for money 8/10 for... More

Booked room last minute. Disgusting restroom patched tub. Stepped in tub felt my foot going inn very dangerous. Ended up plugging tub with towel to shower. Asked front desk for another room front desk clerk stated no other rooms were available yet only 10 cars in lot. Warning you get what you pay for.

We were on a road trip to Death Valley and stopped here for an overnight stay. When we pulled up the first thing we saw was an old ragged lounge swing just outside the office and alarm bells went off. The front desk person was nice but we thought we had better see the room first before committing. The room... More
