On the way to the Grand Canyon, convenient stopover. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel, lovely and spacious room. Comfortable bed, good water pressure. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Interesting town.

We were driving from Grand Canyon to Las Vegas on NYE 2014. There was an unprecedented, massive snow storm that day. All of I-40 was covered in ice, and there were numerous accidents and highway closures. The drive from Williams AZ to Kingman Arizona typically takes 2 hours. On Dec 31, 2014 it literally took 15 hours. There were stretches... More

I usually only read the bottom two sections of the reviews to catch any red flags for properties. We didn't encounter any of the issues mentioned there. We have been on a cross-country road trip for two weeks and almost every hotel we've stayed at is overrun by dust mites. This one was no exception, and there was an undated... More

Kudos to this hotel for making our one night stay so enjoyable.....we travel with our two dogs and value a nice, clean, well run hotel that accepts dogs. Eric, the night desk clerk was very helpful and our room was excellent.

Great hotel with clean, modern amenities and well located. Breakfast was good but some pastries were a little 'old' and not as fresh as could have been. Easy to locate and comfortable beds. Would recommend particularly if travelling to Vegas or the Grand Canyon.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, even offering a good suggestion for somewhere to eat dinner (which I've found it's rare to get a recommendation, let alone a good one from similar hotels). The room was pleasant. It had a couch, a large TV, a comfy bed and plenty of closet space. It also included a nice workspace and free WIFI.... More

We stayed overnight on the way to the Grand Canyon. We travelled as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and this was one of the few hotels that offered 2 Queens & a Fold Out couch - which fit our needs perfectly. The hotel is new - and both the rooms and lobby area are nicely furnished. We... More

We stayed here just for one night while passing through. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Our room was large and well appointed. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Breakfast was good. The eggs left something to be desired but the oatmeal was very good. They even had cold cuts and sliced cheese. My kids made... More

This hotel is one of our personal favorites; easy access on/off the I-40, geographically perfect for where our travels take us, and most accommodating if we're packing lots of gear and show up at odd hours. Rooms: Nicely arranged, spacious good environmentals, and the hide-a-bed is comfortable too says our 12yr old. Nice to have the shower separate from the... More

We had an accessible (ADA) room because my wife has difficulty walking. It had a large, roll-in shower and a comfortable bed. The room was clean. The room did not have a good, well-lighted shaving mirror, especially for someone nearsighted. There are sufficient surfaces to place suitcases and unpack. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. The included breakfast buffet... More
