My wife and I have stayed here before and no matter how many times you complain it seems to fall on deaf ears.
The staff although very polite and cheerfull but lack training and basic hotel skills. At turn down in the evenings,some nights you will get a chocolate and foot towel on both sides of the bed the next...

The Raphael Penthouse Suites may be a bit difficult to locate (situated in the Nelson Mandela Plaza in Sandton (an upmarket suberb of J-Burg), but offer a lot of luxury, home comforts in a great location at a very reasonable price (if coming outside the country and pay ing with GBP or Euros, that is).
