Hotel picked me up from airport and arranged for driver/guide while there. staff and management welcoming and accommodating. Felt very safe there (unfortunately a concern in J'burg especially for woman alone) including having shopping area adjacent to hotel. Room stylish and nicely appointed.

I have stayed here on a number of occasions and it must be said the hotel needs money spent to upgrade to a 5 star hotel. It is very expensive for a very average hotel. Unless you need to be adjoining Sandton city I would chose another hotel. A pot of paint and clean up including new carpets would improve... More

Very nice and comfortable hotel, luxurious decor. The hotel is connected to the Sandton mall which is very convenient for shopping - a large mall that has all types of shops. The food at the hotel is average, but you can go to the mall to many restaurants. The rooms are fabulous, quiet and comfortable
