Hotel service is excellent. Rooms can use some updating. Room had a cigarette smoke or musty smell. Having to request a password for internet access each day is very frustrating. But, food, beverages, executive lounge, lobby, and service makes up for this. I will stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton combined with a wine tasting of South Africa's top 100 wines. The friendliness of the staff is great and one can feel the upmarket quality of the hotel as you walk in but also that you are a welcome guest whoever you are.

Central hotel close to Gautrain and Sandton City as well as Melrose Arch. Great venues for shopping or dining. The hotel facilities are comfortable with a relaxing bar and large dining area. Good for business or holiday traveler. Downside is that it does not have free WiFi.
