We stayed at the hotel for one night and even though we had dinner at another restaurant they were prepared to host our engagement afterwards. The fireplace were lit and the Champagne were ready for our party of 10 people on our arrival after 10pm.On our arrival in the beautifull bedroom with a very nice view there were 2 bottles of... Its a nice boutique hotel with 5-6 rooms. The rooms are quite well done and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is located in a quite and nice area and located on a small hill, which offers a nice view of the city.

I was booked at the hotel by my work company on business. It was a very rainy two days and the water leaked through the cracks of the concrete sealing. The prices of the food items in the fridge is over priced. Generally the cost of anything at this hotel is over priced! The cheese and tomato sandwich was priced... More

Stayed at the Waterfalls for one night for business. Great location nestled amongst embassies and plush homes. The staff were very friendly and willing to help out. The room I had was the standard room, which was comfortable with a bath & separate shower. I enjoyed dinner in the dining area, and had a very filling breakfast the next morning.... More

We stayed there on Saturday, utilising our groupon voucher. The voucher included a romantic package (wine, chocolates and rose petals on the bed) and 2 x full body massages. The hotel was very nice, friendly staff. The room also had it's own small kitchen which you could use to either cook or bring in takeaways. However, we decided to have... More

Being my first time to South Africa from Australia and travelling by myself as a female had me a little nervous, but I could not have chosen a better hotel to stay at for my first night in the country than Waterfalls. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are spacious, relaxing and spacious, the food was delicious and very... More

It was my and partner's first year anniversary and we were booked into this hideaway right in the City of Pretoria. It was an unforgettable experience and we will definitely go back. Even though our room was right next to the highway, there was no noise at all. The place is filled with little touches of elegance and the staff... More

If you want to pamper yourself before heading on a long flight, Waterfalls Boutique Hotel is perfect: first class and spacious rooms, quality dining, a pool, and easy access from or to the the highway and Tambo Airport. Pretoria is worth a day or two to see the Union Buildings, the Voertreker Monument and the Botanical Gardens. The rooms offer... More

This hotel was above my usual budget but we decided to splash out and treat ourselves. This was not quite to be. Our room was small and dominated by bulky furniture appropriate for a much bigger space. The location is near the highway so there is a certain amount of traffic noise. I found it expensive for what we got... More

The Management of Waterfalls Boutique Hotel only strives to render best quality of service to our guests and clientele. We have received hundreds of appraisels for good service and outstanding facilities over the past months. According to our records we never had a guest booked in with the name as per the review, who probably confuses us with another establishment. More

My stay at Waterfalls Boutique hotel was a truely memorable experience, one that will surely be repeated. The tranquil sound of the waterfall and fountains was enough to let me escape the hurried mindset that the city can depict on one. This together with the scenic view makes for a stay to rejuvenate mind and body. The rooms are just... More
