We stayed here for two nights with our two young kids. It's a big compound with a lot of space. Our room was actually part of a house with big living rooms and kitchen shared with other rooms. The room itself was fine, nothing special. Nice pool. Pitty you cannot have dinner there but they can order take away for... More

They say if you stick your head in the fire and your feet in ice, you will feel fine, "on average". We'll I feel fine about this visit. The venue is quite interesting and creates a positive environment. Rooms are typical hotel rooms (neat, good bed, clean bath room etc), even though I had to swop to get to a... More

Loved my stay here. The place is designed as a mini-neighborhood. There is one main house and several villas around the compound. The staff is friendly and made me feel like I was staying at a friend's house. Everything was kept clean and food was average. Food is a bit eclectic (fish and chips for breakfast right along yogurt, toast,... More

This hotel is in fact several houses in a compound that the owner bought one by one, each house being totally différent from the others. This originality alone is reason enough to stay at this place. Also, plenty of lttle corners with plants and shade like small gardens. Our room and bathroom were nice and clean, staff friendly. Brooklyn is... More

Stayed only one night as I was in transit from Namibia to Malawi. I will recommend it for its security and tranquility. The swimming pool is clean and the breakfast is great. The staff were caring and went out of their way to ensure that I enjoyed my stay.

This is our second stay at this establishment. The location is very convenient to University of Pretoria and there is a shopping mall nearby. The neighborhood is nice. The grounds are nice and there is a swimming pool, although the water did not look too clear. Breakfast is fine. We had dinner here and it was fine. As noted in... More

Had a great stay between last October and November. The rooms were great but I would definitely advise more care regarding cleanliness. Overall we had a great stay and would for sure return and recommend! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I regret not having enjoyed more breakfasts and other meals!

Got in late, the "security" gate where the cars are parked was open, my room opened onto the same car park; with only a rickety glass door between me and the elements of the street; lights in the dirty room were not working; the phone broken so I could not phone for assistance; no toilet paper was provided - everything... Where do I start to say how terrible this establishment was? Much of what we experienced is similar to previous reviews: the place is NOT clean, run down and depressing. The one meal we ate was dismay - cold, no gravy and a frozen piece of chicken schnitzel slapped on the plate. The managers make a point of ignoring you.... More
