We went for a family event to Pretoria and was greeted by friendly staff who all spoke to us in our own language. The beds were the best we ever slept on. The A la Carte restaurant food were of outstanding quality. We had lots of treats in our rooms. The rooms very stylish and every amenity was clean and... More

Very good in all aspects. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable. Lovely breakfast and the dinner restaurant on site is an absolute pleasure! Compliments to the chef! Nothing is too much trouble.

Good quality guesthouse in a secure location with onsite parking. Large comfortably furnished bedroom with large bathroom (separate bath and shower). Good breakfast and optional dinner served inside or outside by the pool as required.

It doesn't get much better than this, honestly. The decor and layout, the beautiful trees (all lit up at night), the pool, the relaxed atmosphere, quaint courtyards, spacious rooms, and super friendly service, all combine to make for a wonderful stay. And, let me add...the restaurant offers a fairly extensive menu, and well presented, truly outstanding cuisine. No need to... More

The room is basic but with All equipment nécessary. Very dark room and with a feeling of being trapped. Wifi not working which is a No go for business travel. Poor breakfast, a little Buffet and eggs cooked to order. Restaurant OK. I checked out after 1 night. Business traveler avoid.

Very impressed with my stay, could not find a fault on the two occasions I stayed at the Opikopi Guest House in February 2015. Service friendly and efficient. Recommend evening meal menu with a wide choice both of food and wine.

It is always wonderful to see my old clients coming back to the guest house. Hopefully that means that they were satisfied with our services on the previous times. We always try to create new recipes in the kitchen and I must admit that our apple strudel is absolutely magnificent. Hopefully then you visit again we can offer you a... More

This 5-star place is spacious and very stylish in a modern Afrikaner/African design. The rooms are big and luxuriously set out, the spaces between them including the central pool/bar/dining room area are quirky and interesting. Helen de Beer runs OpiKopi in a charming, friendly hands-on way that works really well. It's telling that the staff each have a short bio... More
