Roots restaurant - Eight course cordon Bleu meal with the taster wine option - what an experience. Fantastic food, excellent presentation and knowledgable staff, this is a culinary experience not to be missed. If that is not enough then there are the private guest suites - very well presented with sunken bath, luxurious bathroom that opens out onto your private... More

We were lucky enough to be treated to a Sunday lunch at Roots restaurant in January and it was delightful. Such interesting combinations of flavor so paired with delicious wines. It was a very enjoyable experience.

My husband and I spent one night in the executive suite. The accommodation at Forum Homini hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent. Perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back :)

Delectable, decadent, delicious! Culinary masters in the kitchen, brilliant sommelier and relaxing setting. A Sunday afternoon at Roots is always a beautiful experience and leaves one with lasting memories!

The lunch was absolutely fantastic. The espresso however was below par, unfortunately. It was not creamy enough on top and tasted like a filter coffee on an espresso cup. The setting is also absolutely fantastic and I can't wait to return!

Where to start? Probably with Jaco the GM who has (along with his fantastic team) bit by bit transformed this piece of heaven into something truly exceptional. What an unassuming & genuinely nice person (according to his staff he is rather strict, which is probably why things are better than ever!). His uniqueness as a GM perfectly matches the special... Staff, venue and food were phenomenal. Presentation was flawless, meals offered a variety of flavour combination, tastes and textures. Staff were attentive but not overbearing, well informed on the food and wine. Some of the wines are overpriced for their value and quality.
