I chose the venue to celebrate my partners birthday and based on the reviews and word of mouth. We arrived and carried our luggage to the reception where they were very efficient, we were show to our room and basically dropped off not shown around or provided with much information. I had requested a basket and flowers for the room... More

Afternoon, Your review does indeed leave us with mixed feelings, on the one side it heart-warming to receive your compliments, but then again it is terribly sad to read of the instances where we failed. We realise that if it leaves us with mixed feelings then it must do even more so for you.Mixed feelings is not what we strive... More

We wanted to get away a bit and do something special, but didn't feel like a long drive. Forum Homini was perfect. It's only 45 mins from Fourways and a true Gem. You drive into the gate and all you see is grass and grass for kilometers, you park the car and from that moment on, you are amazed. The... More

We spent a Sunday night here it being a special at present. The hotel is beautifully situated in the highveld and discreet. beautiful rock work and roof gardens. The room is very spacious and a gas heater kept us nice and warm during the night. King size bed, big oval bath, two showers all added to make it very posh.... More

Stayed in the Presidential Suite, however all suites had outstanding qualities and complete privacy. Suites are a little quirky but in a good and stylish way. We went in winter and the suite had two very chic fireplaces. Loved being on a game estate and the hippo sounds at night really gave it that African Vibe. Dinner was a wonderful... More

Very quiet and relaxing with excellent service and sublime food. Give yourself plenty time for the meals as they are served in courses which takes a while. We attended a food and wine paring evening - unfortunately the wine was a bit disappointing.

We stayed at Forum Homini as part of a rewards trip. The rooms are unique in every aspect and I love the decor. Little extra's like the complimentary snacks were quite a surprise as with most 5 star establishments you need to pay for every single little thing. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the shower to die for.... More
