My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. The gardens are magnificent - you really feel that you have stumbled on a secret garden full of wonders, we had a whole bungalow (or reasonably sized flat) to ourselves. Upon arriving into my reserve 'room' I was shocked to find out I had a whole bungalow to myself. The hospitality and friendliness from the staff really made my trip to South Africa all the more special. I would re-visit this Guest House anytime.

Wonderful buildings, garden, interior, hospitality, breakfast, - and very peacefully ! A mug of ice cold water in the fridge when we arrived on a warm afternoon - very nice ! You will need a car and preferably a GPS to get there and to visit surrounding areas.

My brother and I stayed here during the 2010 World Cup. The location was quite good as it was out of the city yet still quite close to both Johannesburg and Pretoria.
