“Extremely Convenient to OR Tambo Airport”

Large, modern Hotel- good exercise room, clean rooms well insulated windows and outside wall with space in between really dampens airplane sounds -you wouldn't know you're at an airport. “no breakfast for early start up”

“Convenient but not satisfactory”

The concierge and reception staff were rude and unhelpful. The room smelt of smoke and the bedroom door was damaged. I would not recommend this hotel - there are plenty of others to choose from that are also close to OR Tambo.

“Excellent Service and Location”

I enjoyed to be in this hotel. The staff is very friendly, happy and willing to help. They have this singing in the morning and it' s great to hear. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is very convenient.

I liked this hotel. it is strategically located close to OR Tambo International airport. I had missed my flight, instead of getting worried i just jumped into their 30 minute interval shuttle that operates 24 hours. they have a very good service. The hotel is customer focused. “Not for the elderly”

Although near airport, it is difficult to get to. No seating in waiting area for transport. Reception is nice, juice or wine offered while waiting, and expect to wait. No one is in a hurry here. Very happy about our overnight stay at this hotel. The free shuttle runs every 15 min and the proximity to the airport is convenient. Very friendly staff both at check-in and in the restaurant.
