Lovely manicured grounds, nice sized rooms, it has that ubiquitous boutique hotel chic. We are sorry that the hotel did not fully live up to your expectations. We will take your comments to heart as we agree that the details make a big difference. We are starting to rennovate our bistro in January and your comments have told us we have some work to do on the staff and kitchen side as well...
Although we only had one night at The Peech Hotel, the service, accomodations, and attention to detail amazed us. Free room service for dinner was a nice added touch, in addition to heated towel racks! Scattered rose petals and tea lights were a nice surprise for our honeymoon! Thank you! more

My wife and I stayed at the Peech for three independent nights in September. While we were in and out of the hotel on three separate occasions over the course of two weeks, the excellent level of service never changed. To be honest we wrote them a while back and I know that there has been some road work at the "Gillolies" inter-section where you found it confusing. I will pass on your compliments to the staff.

I sincerely apologise for the lack of hot water - and realise that is was not what you expected in a boutique hotel (especially after a long journey). We do run solar geysers with electrical backups but a staff error had turned off the electrical backup. I am sorry that this tainted your experience with us. We have since re-done...

I booked the Peech for two nights in Johannesburg, and was very happy with it. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends. Was a great experience to stay at this lovely hotel in an excellent area of jo-burg The excellent breakfast was included in the price. the rooms were very large and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable The garden and swimming pool area was as treat. Overall highly recommended more
