What a charming, welcoming, warm reception, which carried throughout our stay. We had a beautiful, spacious room, with everything we could possibly need. We were centrally situated, so could do a fair amount of walking to wherever we wanted to go. In spite of being in the city, the house and garden were quiet and peaceful. A hearty breakfast was served in the cheerful nook, which could only start the day off happily. Michael de Pinna is a most generous host and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The style and comfort, as well as exceptional hospitality made this a memorable stay. I would happily stay there again and recommend it to anyone. More

My husband and I spent 1 month at De Pinna's Executive Guest house in Feb 2013. Loved it ! We stayed in one of the separate guest suites with a private entrance courtyard. Our suite was all self-catering including laundry (very hard to find). It had a very well equipped kitchen, open floor plan, with nicely fitted bathroom with large tub and stand alone shower. The bedroom had great storage and a comfortable bed. The private courtyard made you feel like you were on your own private island. If you left the Guest house and walked 2 blocks down the street ( past some very pretty properties too,) you were in one of the best shopping area's around. I loved staying at this guest house and would definitely stay there again. Michael De Pinna and his staff were just wonderful to us and so helpful since we are not from S. Africa and knew no one there. Everything we needed was there, and this guest house has style ! More
