I stayed for 5 nights for business on the club floor. It was great. The rooms were a nice size and set up well - the beds were very comfy. Room service was very prompt (usually within 15-20 minutes). I used the laundry service a couple of time - did a great job and were very fast. Gym was a... more

I spent the weekend with my wife as a quick getaway. We did not want to drive very far so decided to look at hotels in the city. Decided on the Hyatt due to the Sunday lunch in the garden - this was supurb - loved it! A lot of construction around - this is no problem as once inside... more

This hotel is not up to Hyatt standards. No heat in winter. They give guests space heaters for their rooms, which must be dangerous. Very slow service. Unable to change money at the front desk. Rooms are so-so, a little tired. I would not recommend this hotel. more

I arrived at the hotel at around 5.30pm and was being picked up at 7pm for a work function. On arrival I was told my room wasn't ready and told to have a complementary drink in the bar. After an hour my room still wasn't ready. At 6.50pm I asked again and they said it still wasn't ready then suddenly... more

I stayd at the Hyatt during September while on a business trip and found it very convenient for a business traveler - especially because I had meetings in CBD and Northan Areas. Close to nice mall with very good craft market - A must on Public Holiday - lots of crats. I Brought a Gerraf but it was broken by... more

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt for business, and it was one of the most terrible hotel stays of our lives. We travel alot for business, and stay all over the world, but we have never quite run across a hotel with such amazingly bad service. It started right off the bat when they did not have our... more

Beautiful hotel and on the whole, super friendly staff. We asked for a room on a higher floor and were given the highest one possible for our room type (city view with king bed) we booked directly with the hotel website - great as they have a best rates guarantee. We told them it was for our anniversary and found... more

We stayed at the Hyatt prior to our return home to the states after a long trip. I can heartily recommend the concierge floor. The rooms are not large, but they are beautifully outfitted and the bathrooms are splendid. The decor is modern with lots of black marble. Shower is separate, bathtub is huge with an enormous number of white... more

I spend over 2 weeks, from end Nov to mid Dec in the Hyatt Regency. I had a very pleasant stay in the Hyatt and by the end of my long and busy period there I rellay felt like at home. I had a junior suite, which was also my "local" office. The Regency club is certantly a plus if... more

We booked the Hotel through the Web and the Hyatt was the most expensive. They should definetely review their rates a bit. But we have been upgraded to a suite and we felt like we were expected. The people at this hotel are extremely helpful and friendly, you feel like you are a VVIP everywhere. We have appreciated this special... more
