A lovely place to go to specially with family and children the food was amazing I would of given 5 out of 5 if they had better facilities for the children, don't get me wrong they have a lovely play area outside for the kids and kiddies tables and chairs just perfect but no shade.... My child hardly played as... More

The restaurant service was the lowest point. The food was great, but service was very poor. we ordered food on our table and it came 1h10min later. it took about 15min for someone to offer us a drink from the time i sat down. i assume that the reason you are missing the 5th star is because of the restaurant... We attended a wedding at Thaba ya Batswana and we only stayed one night. We booked our accommodation the day before - telephonically. Check in was quick and efficient with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are a bit away from the reception area and breakfast place - but guests are chauffeured between venues by golf cart. The chapel was... More

I went to Thaba Eco Hotel for a friends wedding and stayed over in one of the suites, it definitely offers top quality accommodation, and the modern African touches are very impressive. Everything you could need for a comfortable and luxurious stay away from the city.

We went to the hotel for a birthday meal for my brother-in-law whilst visiting from the UK, there were 10 of us in total. The food (buffet lunch) was delicious and there was a huge range of starters, mains and desserts. The atmosphere and surroundings was beautiful and there was a lot to keep the young children in our party... More

As close to a luxury bushveld holiday in Kibler Park as you're going to get. Staff are polite and helpful, breakfast selection caters to all, views from your room are exquisite. The brainchild of green developer Mark Steenkamp (who lives on a plot around the corner) this spot gets my thumbs up - and that's no mean feat! Do yourself... More

Room was very spacious and good views from balcony; these being the pluses. No hot water after the first day and after being offered another room for showering there was no water pressure in this one. The room was in a block of four whilst architecturally impressive and a pleasant layout this can be tempered by no lighting at night... More

This hotel offers exceptional service and great luxury. I stayed a night in the hotel as a wedding guest. The reception staff are very friendly and very helpful and the ice cold waters available are always appreciated in the hot african sun. I was disappointing with the Kraal Kombuis Restaurant, it lets the rest of the hotel down, it definitely not a four star restaurant. Paper napkins, Poor service from waiters, Plastic chairs, Excess chairs packed outside, no really theme to the interior, There is no atmosphere created, no one person who seemed like they were in charge, no connection with the...
