The hotel / motel is of a very reasonable standard - clean and comfortable, but oh my! the cost is way in excess of what it is worth. For the $200 plus we paid, I would have expected a lot more in terms of facilities, size of room and decor......It is a standard 3 star hotel/motel in a rather tired-looking... More

Our Orange Coast Harley Owners group stayed here the evening of a horrendous and scary Hail storm we were biking out of from monument valley. There was coffee available and a clean room with wonderful bath products. The restaurant service was okay, and the meals were good comfort food for a very weary bunch such as ourselves. The beds were... More

Kayental is a very small road stop on the way to Monument Valley Arizona. Clean, attractive. We stopped there and were suprised to have the BEST DINNER IN ALL OF OUR ARIZONA TRIP. Prime rib steak was Huge - tender - tasty. Accompanying mashed potato Gravey was absoutly deliciious. Green beans were al dente and generous portion. Dinner roll was... More

We stayed the night here on the way to Monument Valley, nice sized room, comfortable bed. They have a restaurant at the hotel so we had breakfast there. The buffet is reasonably priced. I would stay here again. Clean property, nice clean rooms I loved all the outlets in the room so we can charge all our gear.

Beautiful view of sun going down over cliffs. Room was spotless, large and well furnished. Bed has a great mattress. Useful information from staff about where hiking into Monument. Area is expensive. This is a good buy for this town.

I felt that Kayenta - apart from the proximity to Monument Valley - has nothing really to offer. The price for my room is not inexpensive. It was not really value for money. I was on a lower floor room and there is not AC. Apparently only on the upper floor. (Unbelievable!!!!!) No fridge either. Thank goodness the ice machine... More

Very professional, helpful, and polite staff. This is an older hotel that was most probably recently remodeled. The room in the 300 number building was spacious, very clean and with a spotless carpet. Windows were a bit jaded and the door to the bathroom was not aligned properly and did not close. There is an internal, secured hallway through which... More

Trip to Monument Valley and stay at this Inn was absolutely spoiled by panhandlers approaching us at our car after checking in, and after dark in the hotel dimly lit parking lot as we were taking our luggage out of the car. Unpleasant and rather frightening. This is not a safe place. When we went to the front desk to... More

Pretty comfortable, they need to work on having better signs for their rooms. Our room had bath and body skincare items and they smelled so good! Seriously, never underestimate the value of good bath products. The room was an ok size. Beds were definitely comfortable, it was quite difficult to keep my eyes open once I got into it despite... Paid $110 with tax. Way too much for what you get but prices in this remote corner of the world seem to be very high as number of options is pretty limited and next place to stay is a long ways away Best thing I can say about the restaurant is that the food is edible. McDonalds nad Burger King... More
