We stayed at Kayenta Monument Valley Inn for one night with a bus tour. My room was close to the noisy pool motor and rather dark (dark brown carpet and the curtains were closed, window was to the pool). All of our rooms were smoking rooms (with ashtrays), it smelled bad. I had dead crickets outside my door and when... More

Old hotel, not well maintained or clean. Not a nice area. Conveniently located for Monument Valley but probably much better to drive a bit further and stop in Utah. Restaurant salad bar is terrible! Overpriced for quality and selection of food. Staff is unfriendly. Avoid this place.

I just finished a 16 day road trip. This was the most expensive property I stayed at (I assume because of limited selection in the location so near Monument Valley), and not nearly as nice as some of the less expensive places I stayed in along the way. Staff at the front desk were dealing with a long line of... More

A great hotel if you plan on making a visit to Monument Valley. The hotel was safe and clean and the staff was friendly. When we arrived we decided to cut our stay a day short to have more time at the Grand Canyon. The hotel was very accommodating and did not give us any trouble with checking out a... More

We found this hotel luxurious, huge room, free wi-fi etc but freezing in restaurant with horrible food and no alcohol. Great location, great bed and room. Just rather cold in atmosphere. Quite expensive but lovely pool if you want it.

Kayenta is a place close to Monument Valley. No big deal, but Kayenta Monument Valley Inn is a disaster as a hotel. Front desk dont even pretend they care about guests. No breakfast. And pay much attention if you are checking out paying cash. They use to give you a printed paper with the amount you spent. Its NO RECEIPT.... More

The inn doesn't look great from the outside and on arrival we thought 'oh no' what have we done! But the room was a good size, clean with two comfortable double beds. The bathroom was ok, plenty of towels & very good lighting (lots of hotel bathrooms are very dark for some reason). This Inn has a nice outdoor pool... More

We were on a tour and this is the hotel that was included in the trip. The outside doesn't look too impressive but our room was large, cool, quiet and clean. The TV was pretty new and the bathroom looked like the countertops, mirror and lights had all been recently upgraded. The internet worked well also. There are stray dogs... More

If you are about to visit the monument valley there are not many options. Take into account that hotels in the area might be quite "Spartan". The Kayenta is not an exception. We got a room with pool view. The room was basic, moderately clean, but very noisy. You can hear the traffic as if it's passing in front of... More

Not many choices around and a little pricey for type of motel but was happy with room and the motel. If you've seen my other reviews I always try to get a pool with my stay and theirs didn't disappoint Got lucky and saw a Navaho rodeo Other than that they have a restaurant with room service available They didn't...
