Didn't stay in the hotel so can't comment on it. We did however eat dinner in the restaurant. It is a simple dining room with a straight ahead menu. Not serving alcohol is not a problem with us as we do not drink. The staff is very polite and quite reserved but efficient and attentive. The food is good but... More

Check in was unsmiling and perfunctory. A very large king-sized room which was totally unnecessary. Would have been happy with half the space (at half the cost). $179 for one night (weekday) - before adding on 20% tax, of which everyone seems to get their cut. Breakfast is another $10pp (presumably before tax) on top. No fridge or microwave in... More

I agree with other comments, staff are brusque. No eye contact or greeting when checking in, which would have been nice. Also the amount of additional taxes not made clear at check in. Otherwise comfortable room. We ate at Amigos which was friendly and okay food but lacking flavour/spice.

Clean, quiet, good-sized rooms, great WIFI. Would definitely stay here again. Restaurant is pleasant, but food is average. Note: alcohol is prohibited in the territory of the Navejo reservation, where this hotel is located.

We had to stay at this hotel in a recent road trip we took through Monument Valley. This is the closet hotel to Monument Valley. I think I would have given it a better review if we didn't HAVE to spend $124 for a non season during the week night. By the time we got there (7pm) they had closed... More

Stayed there for a night -- They tried to rip us off at the check out. On top of not respecting the price I got and booked for on their website, they tried to make me pay 60 dollars more than their price of the day. Way too expensive for what you get. It's very clean but that's about it.... More

After reading all the reviews on here my wife and I were a bit concerned about coming here, but we were pleasantly surprise. The hotel is basic compared to others we have stayed in on our trip, the rooms are small, with no refrigerators and basic equipment, but are clean and tidy. We found the staff friendly and helpful. It... More

Only stayed here one night as part of a tour and REALLY glad we were not staying any longer. Hotel is very tired and shabby with frayed carpets which form a serious trip hazard. Service in restaurant quite slapdash and they did not seem to care either. Air conditioning was so noisy we unplugged it. Could not recommend this hotel... More

After traveling 4000+ miles across the country and staying at a variety of places all less expensive or about the same this was a major disappointment. There are no amenities. Not even coffee in the lobby. Everything had an extra charge, coffee, breakfast. One bar of soap, two cups for coffee in your room, no refrigerator. Very old with minimal cleanliness.... More

The room was incredibly small and lacking anything special. Noisy and uncomfortable. The monument valley inn is HALF the price and is inside the park. The Hampton Inn is also half the price and is 4 star. Don't stay here.
