I was traveling with my parents and my Mom found Driftsands. The lady in charge was very helpful about things to do in PE and was super concerned about our safety. They did a good job accommodating three people and the price was alright but it was a bit dated and the planes were pretty loud. I'd probably stay here... More

We spent 3 nights here. Clise proximity to beach. Neat, clean roons and comfortable beds. Only downside was the noise. We were in the direct flight path of landing planes which were so low you could almost see passengers through the windows. These came over in the the early hours of the morning.

Two nights spent here at the beginning and end of our trip. One downstairs and one upstairs. Both were very comfortable. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable although the doubles are on the small side so we made use of the spare singles available. Nice tasty breakfast.

3 adults stayed in the flat upstairs. It was small but very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the view. It was interesting to watch the ships unload. We actually stayed there 3 yrs ago, but I am now working on my scrapbook and realized I hadn't written a review. The breakfast was excellent. We had a lovely... More

Have stayed there before but time seems to have stood still. 1 towel for 2 adults and a kettle that had not been checked or cleaned inside for a while. Just not as clean as it used to be. Will give it a miss next time.

Driftsands Guest House is located in an affluent neighbourhood a short walk from the sea front. Once in possession of the key, access is gained to the yard from an anticlockwise direction via a remote control security door to the side of the property. There are good access roads into town, the seafront road and the airport. Although the accommodation... More

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed in the flatlet upstairs which was imaculate and very adequate. It has a lovelly balcony on which we had most of our meals with views over the harbour. Small bedroom and very small bathroom but both adequate, pleasant sitting area with kitchenette and extra daybed. Very pleasant breakfast was provided. The guest house... More
