A little Off the main Plet beach front , this comfortable 3 star is well positioned for a overnight stop. The rooms are simple and small , with the minimum of finishes. The breakfast was good , with the options of fruit , cereals and warm regular English. The staff were very friendly and were most helpful.

Interesting stay at what felt like a retirement village but we hadn't planned ahead and everything was booked out. All in all it served it's purpose. Pros: large bedroom opening up onto a pretty garden. Pool Friendly check in Last minute availability Cons: seemed like we were the only ones there Breakfast good but felt a little odd eating with... A lovely country hotel. Lovely gardens to roam in. Rooms spacious, leading out to the garden but terraces very private. Breakfast very good as were the friendly welcoming staff. Would certainly go back!

I stayed here again with my group whilst hiking & canoeing the garden route. The staff are great and friendly and the rates are very good. The hotel promises a 3 star category which it achieves well. I loved the swim we took on a warm April afternoon to unwind after lots of exercise. A bit of a cosmetic make over... More

We stayed at this hotel in December for a week and absolutely loved it. We had two inter-leading rooms (rooms 24 &25) one for my husband and I and one for our son, but we could of easily of shared one room. The rooms were enormous and so were the beautiful bathrooms. Each room had its own little patio and... More

We are 4 and 5 star well travelled people and would never normally stay at a 3 star hotel. We stayed here and liked it in spite of some of its short comings! The rooms we were in dont have air conditioning but our rooms had huge ceiling fans so we didnt need it as the hotel is located where... More

We stayed here for 1 night and we were glad that we didn't have to stay another night. - Bed was very rubbish and probably stood there for more than 20 years. - Bathroom wasn't clean. Fungus in the shower curtain. - Room smelled funny. Carpet wasn't clean. - Staff was uninterested. I could go on for hours... Do not... More

Country Crescent Hotel is one of the "old style hotels" like Fairy Knowe in Wilderness that offer a range of facilities and cater to a wide range of guests. It is situated on the Piesang Valley Road so a bit away from the centre of Plett, but very close to all amenities. Our rooms were large and comfortable and clean.... More

As I travel a lot in the course of my duties (I am a tour guide), I will only comment on places that I have been to on several occasions, and where I have always had consistent experiences. The Crescent Country Hotel offers the perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle, yet everything is within easy reach. The hotel... More

Country Crescent Hotel has this warm, homely atmosphere with beautiful dark wood furniture backed by drapes that have been hung with care. Various forms of art are to be found throughout the reception area, some of it created by the owner’s wife, who certainly had a talent for creative woodwork. The dining area is reminiscent of the elegance of a... More
