Stated in The Robberg and had a suite in Robberg House and it was huge. Ultra modern which suits our taste and in a great location minutes from the beach and a stones throw from downtown Plett. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were all very friendky and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights, one room with a sea view and the other a garden room. Both rooms were very nice and well furnished. to be honest for the amount of money we paid for the sea view it wasn't worth it as we weren't in the room that long!!! Hotel is a 10 min drive away from Plett Bay... More

The hotel has obviously been added to in stages and it just looks a mess. We stayed in one of the original cottage rooms and it was small, dark and not well soundproofed. The upstairs viewing deck has all the charm of a bus stop and the bar there is not well stocked..

We had an enjoyable stay, staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. The hotel is situated close to the beach and chairs and parasols are available for guests to take to the beach. My reservation was the room, it was tight on space but did have a comfortable bed, the real downside was being able to hear... More

This was our third stop during our tour honeymoon of South Africa. The Robberg is a very cool beach lodge, luxurious, and with extremely friendly staff working there. Our room, I suppose wouldn't be described as massive, but very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the beach. We were greeted with a nice drink and shown to our room (where... More

This B&B is right on the splendid long beach just west of Plett. It is possible to walk into town either by road or along the beach, but it's quite a hike to get up to the main drag The B&B is comprised of a number of large houses in close proximity that seem to have been purpose built as... More

we chose the place because of the high tripadvisor-rating. our room was small and needed a modernisation. gathered around a mini swimming pool( more like a small bath tub) the next door room neighbours transferred their living room in the patio, probablly also because of lack of comfort and modernity. the pros of the guest house is the front house... We we're very nicely received at the hotel, service was good. We had room B1, nice room at the lowest level, but still nice seaview! Guy at the reception made us a reservation at the fat fish, which was very good! We we're disappointed about the bed, it was hard. Also it was very noisy in the room, you could... More

We picked a winner with the Robberg. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are big, very clean and very well decorated in a beach style theme. They have quality breakfasts and excellent service all round. The complimentary sherry left out at night for guests is a nice touch. We only booked 2 nights but after arriving we wished we... More

We recently spent four nights at the Robberg Beach Lodge. Very good situation right on the beach. We had an upstairs suite facing the sea which was lovely. Angelique, Beth and all their staff were just terrific. Nothing was too much trouble for them - we really felt as if we were among friends. Highly recommended.
