What a special place! Breath-taking scenery, luxurious accommodation, fantastic food and incredibly friendly and professional staff that will go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy every minute of your stay. This has been our second visit to Kichaka (as after our first visit in 2011 we just had to come back!) and we have once again been... More

Accommodations, service, food and safari are the best. The view is breathtaking. The staff could not be nicer. I would return here in a moment's notice. Each and every staff person went out of their way to make sure that we were pleased and happy. The food was delicious and the presentation was outstanding. There are no words to describe... More

I couldn't recumbent this place enough to anyone. It is expensive, there is no doubt about that, but I truly believe it was worth every penny! that is a bold statement as we are currently backpacking around the world, this money could go very far in some countries but we are more than happy have have done this. Our three... More

We booked Kichaka after deciding on a very last minute holiday to South Africa. All expectations were exceeded throughout our 3 night stay - such amazing service and attentive staff, out of this world location and lodge and really memorable game drives with hugely knowledgeable and fun rangers. Of course you go for the game drives, which really were amazing... More

We visited Kichaka Lodge in March 2014. We deliberately arranged the stay at the end of our trip to South Africa - anticipating that it would be up there among the highlights. Having had a marvellous time travelling from Cape Town along the Garden Route, we discovered that we had indeed left the best until last!!! Our accomodation was stunnning,... More

I cannot recommend Kichaka more highly. What an amazing experience, we came here on our honeymoon, and although it wouldn't be considered a very relaxing stay as you are always doing something, that's kind of the point. Two game drives a day, with an abundance of food. Jason was our ranger and I cant thank him enough for the experience... More

We have just returned from South Africa and one of the highlights of our trip was our experience at Kichaka. The quality of the accommodation and the general surroundings is exceptional as is the food and the service. We had a wondeful time on safari with our ranger Ben who was extremely patient and professional despite the incessant questions from... More

Reviewer after reviewer gives this property the highest marks, and justly so. The staff and the facilities are all that they should be---gracious service, beautiful rooms, and very good food. Of course, the real joy is the twice-per-day game drives and the commitment of everyone at Kichaka to make this experience, and everything that supports it, as wonderful as it... More
