The accommodation was comfortable and spacious with beautiful surroundings. The room was clean and neat and the bed comfortable. There were also heaters keeping the room warm. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were also adequate.

Thank you for your lovely clean comfortable accommodation. The property is conveniently situated in a central position close to all the amenities. My room had everything one needs for a stay away from home. Staff were extremely helpful and assisted me with any queries. I would highly recommend your establishment to anyone visiting the quaint city of Grahamstown.

The room had no electric blanket and a flimsy, inadequate panel heater. Threadbare towels and half mast throws on the bed, all made for an uncomfortably cold winter's night. The tiny TV is mounted high up on a wall so far away I could not watch Wimbledon as one could not see the ball!

Talia is very friendly and helpful. The whole setting and atmosphere of the place is calm and cozy. No TV and coffee in bedrooms, but kitchen and TV available in communal dining/lounge. I prefer more privacy and would like Coffee and TV in my bedroom. Beautiful bedroom.

Thank your for the review, but kindly note we do not have a Talia working for us and we definitely do have televisions in the rooms as well as tea/coffee facilities and supplies in every room, quite sure there was a mix up in locations but happy travels. All best Suzanne More

We loved our stay at A Stone's Throw. The cottage allowed us to have our own space with all the essentials we needed. The owner was also close at hand. If you are looking for great accommodation in Grahamstown, you won't be disappointed.

Centrally situated in this lovely town which warrants more than just one day stay. Spacious and comfortable room, very secure and very quiet which ensured a wonderful night's rest. Host exceptionally friendly and helpful. Name is misleading because we had to find out on arrival that breakfast is not included but have to be booked seperately. Only negative thing is... More

Wonderful hostess, Lovely scenery. Beautiful cottages. Sad it was only for a night. Grahamstown is pretty little Town with a welcoming and modern approach but with a oldfashioned touch. We can recomend the restaurant Red Spur.

Wonderful B&B - Loved how spacious and homely the room was. The bed was super comfortable we did not want to even leave. Beautiful & quiet surrounds makes it the perfect place to relax and the host even took the time to tell us about the nearby activities.

Very pleasant experience, centrally situated, clean and comfortable. Could have a few more TV channels, but who goes away to watch TV anyway :) Bathroom a little cramped, but everything's there that you need. We liked it!

My overnight stay was very comfortable and warm. Warm because it was very cold outside. The hut provides everything one needs, even if one had to stay a few extra days. Breakfast was warm and filling.
