The stay was pleasant. The staff are very welcoming and professional. The rooms may need a bit of a rethink in terms of business travel. for example some of our colleagues had no plug points close to the desk. I has no two pin plug to charge my cellphone. But overall a nice stay.

- Friendly staff at Reception, who were able to correct my booking via Hotel Express. - Wish they can have internal access to parking. Right now, one had to go outside and right around. - Lots of security posted outside to patrol movement and cars- good!

The staff are good the concern is with the condition of the building. 1. Toilet was leeking 2. the button for floor 3 in the lift was missing. 3. Aircon not effective 4. Limited amount of plugs in the room. 5. Secure parking was too small. 6. Overall the building was too old and run down.

I will always recommend the Premier hotels, Food is nice, rooms are clean and big staff members are number one the only thing that is disturbing the visitors is that the place is not in aright place and what I want to know is that when you are a member of Premier can you utilise the Premier hotels in East... Average. No secure parking (out on busy street). Always busy in street & quite unsafe. They have paid parking per day, but just down the road The Regent Hotel & ICC have FREE parking & undercover parking. Staff friendly & helpful. Rooms are average, food is average.

Rooms need a make over that will include air conditioning. Bathrooms not up to scratch for star rating. Breakfast over priced. Lifts need upgrading. Rooms smell damp. Staff are helpful. Location of hotel in a bit dodgy area with unwelcomed guest loitering around.

Everything very comfortable and clean thanx. Only problem, was some people hanging around the entrance of the hotel at times....in large numbers...clearly intoxicated, they seemed like guests as well. That does not create a welcome or friendly atmosphere and don't think it is professional, or good for the hotel's image.

What was once a place to visit has declined from its former splendid elegance. I stayed but one night never to return again. The room was musty and had seen better days. The breakfast was a buffet with serving spoons having been used for multiple items, beans mixed with egg etc. fried eggs left on a warming light. Shame
