The Cafe at the Mile High Inn has one of the best breakfasts in Northern Arizona. Everything is made from scratch! The various Eggs Benedict selections - including a vegetarian alternative - are outstanding. Service is always great! We have eaten there at least a dozen times and have never been disappointed.

The Mile High Inn was comfortable, cozy and inviting. We booked the Victorian Rose suite which had its own private bathroom. The view was phenomenal as it overlooked the Verde Valley. Being that the Mile High Inn is in a historic building, the walls were kind of thin and you could hear other guests returning from a night out, but... More

Literally a last minute booking got us this charming place to stay overnight for an extra day in the town of Jerome. Went to Jerome on a whim not expecting much, it turned out to be such an inviting city. The pleasure of meeting locals, drinking great wine, and enjoying leisurely strolls along the streets overlooking the valley was all... More

We've been to Jerome before and enjoyed another visit . The town, while having the usual gift and trinket tourist traps, has many art and craft attractions and unusual gift shops. The Mile High is exactly as advertised. A quiet no frills getaway. No TV, no telephone, and no worry about the time of day.. A refreshing throwback to another... More

Stayed here for one night in the Victorian Rose room. Nice room with an incredible eastward view. Room included private bathroom with stand-up shower. A/C ran nice and cool. Didn't stick around for the complimentary breakfast, but it sure looked good. Only issue was a smoke detector in the hallway that would beep occasionally during the night (I'm sure they... More

This is a lovely little inn that's right on Main street Jerome. The rooms are air conditioned, and the beds are nice and comfortable. There's no TV in the room, which is nice, cause then you actually get to spend some quality time together. With our room rate, it included a breakfast in the fabulous Mile High Diner downstairs. Some... More

We stayed here a night on our way through the AZ high country. What an interesting town! The inn itself was cute - I would give it 3.5 stars if that was an option. Our room was comfortable with it's own bathroom and big king bed. It had a wall unit AC that worked pretty well. It was clean and... More

We stayed in the Lariat and Lace room which shares a hallway bathroom. The room was comfortable...and very quiet all in all. There are window transums on the hall and the doors don't perfectly seal so you hear others in the hallway. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck (under the Haunted Hamburger) and found the back access to the... More

On our motorcycle trip (10 of us) stopped in for breakfast. We were treated to an amazing feast, everyone of us thrilled with our choice! Everything from eggs benedict to 'half-baked oatmeal' (I had this - incredible! must try!). Food, service, facilities excellent! Highly recommend.

Firstly, if you are looking for a gourmet dining experience you are in the wrong town. Try Sedona! The whole town is basically a mining town themed tourist trap with shopping as the contact sport. On weekends it is a zoo. Lots of bikers (not a problem other than the noise). The Mile High Inn restaurant serves a good hamburger... More
