We only stayed one night, we wished that we had the time to have stayed longer. We stayed in the motel. The rooms were excellent, very clean, well organized, we loved the furniture. Everyone was friendly and helpful with knowledge about the area.

This place is in the middle of no-where. Cell phone service is sparadic at best (no AT&T service!), which can be a blessing. The Inn does have landline service. There is a gas station, small store with some needed items and a bakery, restaurant that is great. It is at a National Park, so if you love the outdoors you... More

Whilst we had no real problem during our stay at JLI - indeed most elements were excellent - friendly staff in the restaurants (despite being very busy and not really enough of them at critical times), perfect location, easy to book, useful grocery/chemist shop and gift store too. However it is fair to say the cabins are probably nearing the... More

Very clean and comfortable. Restaurant's meals were tasty and generous and the waiters and waitresses were especially helpful and friendly. They have a playground for youngsters too. We'd all stay there again, no question.

Looking for a hotel on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon is quite hard, with little to choose from. So we didn't expect too much when booking this hotel. The hotel is ok and is fine if you need a place to sleep. The room was very basic, the beds were fine. The bathroom was functional but needs a... More

As usual, the staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were top-notch and helpful. I found the room clean and comfortable, and had little trouble getting a good night's rest in a strange bed. The room we had was in the oldest, front section, and had two "deficits". The bathroom and adjacent "pocket" shower were both very small, and... More

When we could not get a room at the North Rim Lodge, we were given the name of the Jacob's Lake Inn. We called and they had a room available for our one night stay. It turned out to be a great experience. The room (in the new motel type unit) was well appointed, clean, quiet, and had a great... More

My husband and I did the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim hike this September, and stayed the night before we went in at Jacob Lake Inn. The family running it was very friendly and extremely helpful in setting us up with transportation to the North Rim of the Canyon. The cabin was very comfortable and the dinner was surprisingly good. The breakfast... More

A problem arose with our room which was not a direct fault of the Inn. The staff, including Aerial and Lindsey, were so helpful and accommodating and solved our delimna immediately without question or hesitation. Thank you to the management for training your staff to give such wonderful customer service.
