I have been staying at Jacob Lake for each of the last 6 yrs. I usually rent one of the cabins. I did so this year. I was rewarded with a delightful single with a dbl bed. It was cozy, new sink, tiled shower and toilet area, and lovely Western decor. The bedspread is beautiful. It is a Native American... More

Stayed in room with two twin beds in motel (not cabins). Average-size room without microwave or refrigerator. Small shower stall/bathroom. We did like our upstairs room (204) which faced the forest and was not near the staircases on either end of the building. There was an elevator in the middle of the building. A little spendy but for the ability... More

Our family stayed overnight in 2 double-queen bed motel rooms of this Inn, when the Grand Canyon Lodge at the North Rim was fully booked 45 miles away. Beds were firm and comfortable, but no fridge or microwave oven. A/C works well. Shower is small and dark in the cramped bathroom closet. There was no wi fi (even at the... More

There are two important things to keep in mind when reading my review: (1) People who stay here are probably interested in the location, not the facility, and (2) Jacob’s Lake has several different kinds of accommodations and all I can comment on is the small cabin that I rented. If you can’t get or can’t afford a place to... More

Spent the day at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and decided to stay at the Jacob Lake end as we exited the park. Very friendly young man at the desk and rather quickly we had an affordable cabin for the night. Ate at the Grill there at JL and the food was awesome! Went to your room and... More

The hotel was actually nice. It was two floors and the room & bathroom were clean. I did have to kill a bug when we first walked in the room but the room is kinda in the woods so I was okay with that. The door to the balcony didn’t seal shut so I’m sure it crawled in thru there.... More

It is a perfect location to visit the north rim, unlike in the south rim, there are not many other options. The surrounding forest is beautiful. We stayed in a cabin and it was cozy and quiet. Being in such a remote place they offer meals at the restaurant which is a good thing, but the place is not picnic... More

I had booked this place because it fit quite well into our schedule of our roadtrip and because it was already fairly close to Grand Canyon North Rim. We had a 2QBroom in the motel section, which consisted of two bedrooms and a very tiny bathroom. They also have cabins and hotel rooms. I understand that they can basically charge... More

We didn't sleep here. We just stopped and bought a delicious load of home made bread and cookies. I recommend stopping for the cookies. There was not a bad one in the bunch. They even tasted great the next day. We bought the bread and some cheese from their cooler and had an excellent picnic supper! Hope you pop in... More

This is the place to stay if you're visiting the north rim of the Grand Canyon (the best side in my opinion). The cabins are simple but functional. The food is very good & the bakery products are excellent.... if you want my opinion (again!) the Lemon & Raspberry Cookies are the best but there's over a dozen to choice... More

Thank you for your review. We agree completely that the North side of the Grand Canyon is the best. The higher elevation gives a wider vista and the beautiful forest drives are spectacular. WE are glad you loved our cookies. Please come again. More
