The check in to stay here was the easiest I have ever experienced. You pretty much tell them you have a reservation, they ask your name and give you a key and map. The cabins were obviously built long ago which is what is so charming. Everything today has been renovated and updated over time and I'm sure these have... More

This place was awesome. We stayed in the cabins. My family of 4 really liked it. It was no the day we stayed so air conditioning would have been nice, but most days it isn't needed. The staff and owners really put a lot of hard work into making this place work. When visiting the north rim of the Grand... More

My family and I stayed here for two nights. The room was rustic but could be more comfortable. It had no TV which wasn't a huge disappointment but no wifi either, which was. The cookies we bought at the office area were very good. So we bought four more the next day. It is annoying that it is so far... More

I stayed at this Inn to visit the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. I thought I would stay two nights, but only stayed one, but was not able to get a refund for the early departure. I found the place just too far away from the Canyon to be practical. It is a 45 mile drive each way to... More

We stopped for lunch and to try their cookies which were a legend. Lunch was fine and the cookies were good, although I've had better. The peanut butter and gingersnap were my favorites and I rated them as good as any I've had. The Jackson Avenue Cafe in Charleston, IL has a huge white chocolate, macadamia nut cookie I rate... Pretty much the only option if you want to visit the North Rim of Grand Canyon. We chose the motel rooms which were clean and nicely furnished. Sound proofing wasn't great (TV from neighbours clearly audible) and many motorcycle enthusiasts (granddads on Harleys) feel the need to warm their engines early in the morning.) Friendly staff, cosy restaurant and a... More

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We apologize about the motorcycle group. We have had several groups this season and they are noisy. How nice that you enjoyed your room, food and service. More

Cabin was nicer that expected as far as finish, decor and bed. Cleanliness was excellent. Now, as far as it being all that rustic or relaxing--no. I had been told on the phone that the cabins offered seclusion. But, everything is pretty much clustered around everything else. Our "sitting area" consisted of two plastic chairs facing the gravel parking lot.... More

We stayed here in a terraced cabin in the woods for a couple of nights on a road trip that included a visit to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The Inn appeared highly rated but we found the accommodation basic to the extreme and dilapidated. The electrics were loose and flimsy and the basin drain smelled unpleasant. We had... More

Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize for the chipped dish and especially for the glass fragment. Our highest priority is taking care of our customers and having them chew glass does not fall under the category of taking care of customers. The little dish was probably knocked against something else. We are very sorry. If you will let... More

We stayed here two nights in mid June while traveling with a couple of fourteen year old girls to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. It was perfect for us -- had 2 rooms (112 and 114) in the hotel with a connecting door. Rooms were extremely large and very clean. The bathrooms were a little on the small... More
