We love staying here because the Sawmill is off the beaten track. But in between both Show Low and Payson. They have two dog friendly rooms so we usually don't have a problem getting in during the summer months. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It also has a nice walking trail along the highway.

Well maintained and updated property. Clean rooms, beds, bath, etc. The continental breakfast offered several cold cereals, a few heated items, a broad selection of pastries and fruit, as well as chilled juices and coffee. All-in-all a nice stop on highway 260.

This hotel is one of the few options in Heber and is fine for a short stay. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff is very friendly. My room was spacious, but the bed was not very comfortable as it was extremely soft and sagging. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise in how many choices there were.... More

Found this hotel to be very clean and comforting. Front Desk Clerk Darian was exceptional with a cheerful and refreshing attitude. The room was very clean and neat, and the beds were very comfortable as well as the 4 pillows on each. This hotel is in a nice pine covered area, with free Wi-Fi and a nice hot breakfast for... We requested an upper room towards the back of the hotel due to other reviews that said rooms close to the highway were noisy. Our room was great! We got what we asked for. The room was clean and comfortable. For breakfast they had delicious scrambled eggs and tasty biscuits, along with the usual Continental breakfasts served at many other... More

We'd rather have been camping BUT we ended up here. It was ok, no complaints. The fridge and microwave were nice. Rooms could use updating, however, the TV worked, shower, coffee maker and cooler all worked just fine. The owners were nice too. Breakfast, typical. No waffles :-( I think the price was too much BUT it's the summer so... More

We stayed at the BW Sawmill in Heber on 8/1 to meet up with some friends camping on the Rim. Glad we were in a room as it rained(much needed and appreciated) much of the evening. Very pleasant staff and a clean room.

Very nice place right off freeway but quiet. Friendly and helpful staff who helped us get a ground floor room even though none available at time of reservation, very good breakfast and needed since there aren't many fast food breakfast places in this small town, very nice view.

The hotel was in good order, but make your reservations on-line, because the staff will charge you 25% more if you don't. We called the hotel direct to book the reservations. After arrival when we questioned the bill they said the price was not going to change. We stayed two nights two rooms first night $99.00 and the second night... More

Thank you for your review and recent stay with us! We're delighted you enjoyed your stay with us, with the exception of the rate confusion. No matter where you book the room’s rates are same. Just FYI 1st 2 night rate was different because of weekend, no discount, flexible cancellation & 2 beds. When you booked online it was non... More

Not your typical Best Western, this property is locally owned where the owners live at the property. The lobby is closed from 10 PM to 7 AM, so if you want to check out early you can't. When I turned on the A/C in the room it smelled moldy, they use soap dispensers in the shower and the sink area,... More

From our entire team, we are very sorry that we let you down. To serve our guests with the best service, we are here 24 hours on site in case our guests need anything at anytime. As part of our Green Program, we implement dispensers in every room. These dispensers, although costly for us, give each guest the perfect amount... More
