This RV Resort is actually modular homes on a golf course. The park is quite attractive, the modular homes are very well maintained. The reason for the 2 rating is that it does not provide the amenities you think about when reserving a site in an RV Resort. The restrooms, showers are very few and located in/near the office. The... we stayed four nights and were parked in the far back by the dog walk. This was convenient for our little dog. We travel in a small RV and I sometimes use the parks shower facilities. This park is huge and more of a seasonal park so the only facilities they had was by the pool. Way too far away... More

We made reservations in early Nov 2014 for a 10-day stay while attending the annual Good Sam Rally in February 2015. Nevertheless, we arrived to a mostly empty 438-space RV Park, yet were assigned a spot right next to the 24-hour busy traffic street of Van Buren. Construction trucks, motorcycles & noisy cars roared by all night long, weekends too.... More

Came in after hours - office closes at 3 on a Sunday. Park has a good system for late arrival's. Found a spot in the section designated. No showers or toilets close to site. Had to drive to them the following morning. When we went to the office we were served by a lady with very poor customer service. She... More

Stayed 5 nights @ $34. Well maintained and very quite. Nicely landscaped desert style. Traffic noise is barely heard from I-10. The laundry facility has lots of machines and was VERY CLEAN. Check in office reminds me of an upscale hotel. I will stay again.

Quiet and clean. No wifi or cable TV included/available to those of us non-residents. When asked about wifi management suggested we try McDonald's a few blocks away. I expected it would be available within the clubhouse, at the very least. Very disappointed for an urban RV park! No effort made to include/invite us to join an event that was on... More

We have stayed here other times also. This park is one of the best we have ever stayed in. They have several different areas available within the property to park. Also, a beautiful clubhouse and seperate activity building with pool and hot tub. Long term guests always make you welcome and invite you to join in the activities. Many things... More

Well this is RV style traveling. The land is very quiet and peaceful. There is an age requirement of 50+ to stay there but the people who run the place are so nice. They really give you a tour and allow you to get whatever experience YOU want from staying at this location. They provide a lot of different activities... More
