This is another of the growing "Marriott" properties. The hotel is new, very clean, and with in a mile walking distance to University of Phoenix Stadium. I stayed from Thursday through Monday and found it to be a very clean, well-maintained hotel with friendly, very helpful staff. I will stay here next time. It cost me $72 a night for one, in a room with two queen-sized beds, with a AAA card. The photos on another review on this site are good representations of the rooms.... more
