My room was beat up. I mean, my partner didn't even want to use the bed spread, so we threw it off immediately. The carpet had a big section cut out of it, and there was an attempted repair, but not effective. Didn't really want to touch anything. Our neighbors partied all night long - they finally got quiet around... More

Wish I had read reviews first. Was too tired to go any farther so checked in. Rooms smelled moldy, carpet was stained and nasty. My room actually had a huge hole in the rug. Sheets were worn and thin,no blankets on bed. The funny thing about this place was they wanted to charge me for my service dog. What could... More

The new old guy manager is very stupid doesn't understand a thing, like why the heck is he even there? It's like the worst motel ever, snakes seen like in the parking lot! The rooms are very dirty- smells like pee. OMG the worst thing was that I found a freakin SCORPION in my room just by my bed!

I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. If I had a car with me at the time we checked in I wouldn't have stayed the night at all, but we couldn't go anywhere until the next day. Awful, awful, awful. I've stayed at an ABVI in northern Minnesota, and that was a very nice place. This one in... More

It was a dump, and the phone looked like it had never been cleaned. The room smelled of urine, I wouldnt put my worst enemy in this hell hole. The customer service was awful, we had no choice at the time but to stay there it was in the middle of the night.

On our family trip to the midwest, we had stayed at several ABVIs. This one was the most expensive and charged $15 per pet as opposed to $5 for the others, yet the room was bare and strongly smelling of disinfectant. There was no sofa or comfortable chair, no luggage rack. It was clean. Although the motel had plenty of... More

No continental breakfast. No pool. We reserved a room with 3 beds and a sofa but they put us in a room with a single bed. They have NO sofa rooms or kitchenettes at this site. Extremely dirty floors - white sox turned black on bottoms. The maid took a small blanket and a pair of jeans out of the... More

My kids and I inspected this room and another hotel room across the street. This had the best room and was very clean. It is under new management and the much of the hotel was still undergoing rennovation so the pool was not filled. Plus, this was the end of tourist season. But the staff was very accomodating and for... More

After a full day of driving, we pulled into this motel with the goal to just get a few hours of sleep so we could start the next day early and hit the road. Unfortunately, this motel didn't want to help in any way. The first room I rented I switched out of within 5 minutes, as the toilet was... More

Came to the motel by way of a coupon. Large room that was well worn and beat up. Reasonably clean, marked up walls and grimy light switches. Refrig hadn't been defrosted in a decade. Both ice machines down. Ice from the office in small bags. Satisfactory bed. Breakfast of coffee, donuts, bread and peanut butter. Pool was locked up. Quiet,... More
