This place was the pitts. Light bulbs were no higher than 15 watts. Couldn't see in the room after dark. Rooms were dirty and had an odor. Never stay there again. Owners were very unfriendly and hard to communicate with. more

Stayed at this motel many times with no problems, however one evening I came back to find my room had not been made up. When I spoke with the manager she was VERY rude even telling me that when she travels she doesn't want her room made up! This showed me the level of standards (or lack thereof) the head... more

We just spent 5 nights at the Quality Inn in Cottonwood. We have stayed there before and we were very pleased with the improvements that were being made. While we were there we got a new refigerator and microwave. The heater was noisy and when we returned to a room later that night we had a brand new unit installed!!... more

The staff was extremely courteous and knew the area well. Thanks to them we got where we were going without getting off the beaten track. Your rooms and the hotel in general was very neat and clean.
