We spent a week at the Highlands Resort with an RCI exchange. For the most part, we loved it. The area was much less expensive than what we found in Sedona and there was lots to do around the area. The units were clean, nice and well kept. No problems with the internet. Our unit faced the highway but it... More

I am an RCI member and gave this review for RCI: Inoffensive, clean, up to date room decorations and furnishings, CD player worked. Sedona is 15 minutes away. The drive to Sedona is scenic. Besides all the scenery and hiking in Sedona, the UFO Tour at the Center for the New Age is a must see - you will see... More

I stayed at this property on June, 2014. I really enjoyed it. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and the unit was very nicely furnished. I did not have time to use the outdoor amenities as I was there for a conference. I enjoyed the drive from Cornville to Sedona. Not bad and a good way to unwind... More

If you don't mind a beautiful 15 minute drive up 89A to get to what you want to do in Sedona, you'll love the Highlands. Exceptional accommodations, (2 bedrooms are actually 1bedroom and a studio combined) and kitchen are well stocked with all items you will need. Exceptional concierge service from Rebecca. Lovely pool, work out room. Free laundry on... More

This was a last minute RCI exchange we had to use, so it was a pleasant surprise. We had a "studio" although it came with a living room with a small kitchenette, bedroom and bath. The room and the property were well maintained, although the room was only cleaned once a week, which was surprising for a vacation destination. There... More

My husband and I purchased a timeshare at Highland resort through RCI last year and had our first stay there this June. it is located about 15 miles from Sedona that I thought might be too far but was pleasantly surprised at the many activities available near the resort. The scenic train ride, western theme dinner and show and the... More

Efficient check in by Bob and Rebecca. Low key offer to attend RCI update presentation [read resort sales presentation] but we wanted the first class tickets on the Verde Canyon Railway so we agreed. Rebecca made reservations for the train which was helpful as it was "full" when we got there a few days later. Also gave us information regarding... More

Had a studio suite(one room) in bldg.F.Some noise from the street, walls are thin. Could have talked to my neighbors without raising my voice. The location was perfect once I got to know my way around. Sadona,15 mi. away, but during the big,"Fire", it was perfect. Could drive into that heavy traffic area, shop, tour, then leave it all behind. Jerome, a... More

We stayed for a week late in March. The unit was a studio which was great for the two of us. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. My wife tripped over a plastic speed bump the first night we were there and injured her hands and chin. The staff seemed quite unconcerned when we reported it... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in early May. We stayed in the "bonus room". A one bedroom which adjoins another room if you have a large family. The unit had a really nice living room, kitchenette, and separate bedroom and bathroom. Very nicely furnished and well equipped. Laundry facilities and all amenities on the property. We... More
