We had a one bedroom model that was clean and comfortable. Our rooms bordered the pool, but was only noisy in the morning when it was being cleaned. New construction was being added, but not close to us.

We stayed in late September. The studio was nice and clean. Some of the issues have been mentioned in other reviews. The light switches are not in convenient or traditional places. The design seems to funnel noises from the living area into the bed area.I would recommend a one bedroom if you don't like getting up at the same time.... More

We stayed at Verde Ridge in late September. The place is kind of isolated and seems to be in the process of getting finished. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and well appointed. The lighting and placement of the furniture left a lot to be desired. Entering in the dark was a challenge as the light switch... More

We were here for a week, during which we traveled all of AZ. It was so nice to come back to a nice, quiet room. We had a one bedroom, which was well furnished and spacious. We enjoyed being able to go to the grocery, pick up snacks, breakfast and a fee meals that we made in our room. The... More

Traded our 1-bedroom points for a studio here, but our reservation was made on fairly short notice. Nicely appointed studio with comfortable bed. Walls "thin" and AC vents spill cooking odors from adjacent unit. Only a 7' tall person could reach dishes in top shelf of cabinets. Handy pool/spa & exercise room. Free laundry. Convenient to Cottonwood - not far... More

We stayed here for four nights. Room was excellent! Very spacious, updated, and clean. First night we didn't have hot water in the shower but we told the front desk and it was fixed within the hour. There is construction going on but we never saw anyone actually working. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the location,... More

Due to the government shutdown we left Grand Canyon and headed to Sedona with no hotel plans. Once there the guy at a tourist information centre asked where we were staying and told us he could get us a great deal -- basically 2 nights for about $80 (after some negotiation, of course). Normally it would cost over $300 easily.... More

We recently stayed the week at the resort and had a wonderful time. It is close enough to "town" to be convenient, but far enough away to be quite and serene. The property overall is well kept and clean. There are a few areas of construction where they are adding to the resort, but even those areas were fairly clean.... More

We stayed at this resort with 2 other families for a week! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartments have everything you could possibly think of: starter supplies of TP, soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee. Apartment fully furnished with all appliances including a toaster, blender, coffee pot, wine glasses etc. On the grounds is a golf course, game... More

We stayed at Highlands Resort through a DVC exchange with RCI. One week in a spacious unit with a well equipped kitchen. The units were clean and the master bathroom was huge! Only issue was with the tv in the main unit (we had the one bedroom plus the studio) and with the dvd player. They have seen better days.... More
