Breakfast buffet was great. Room was good could use a better TV in the bedroom. Pool was nice and staff was very nice. Liked the location by the Chandler Mall and the premium outlet mall. Also had a little store inside lobby which was nice and the lotion smelled great.

It took me 3 rooms (3rd finally was acceptable) to finally find a room where the air conditioner worked properly and quietly. Have stayed there several times and always ask for a quiet room and never get it. Pretty good value. Little things like the TV remote not working and the thermostat being touchy is why it is not the highest rated.

Great location - good neighborhood and great people there. Good fitness room - great breakfast room. Nice room with separate bedroom. Toilet area a bit cramped between a couple of walls and the fixtures in the shower room could use an upgrade. McDonalds right there for coffee or snack / Rite Aid across the street
