5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

This resort continues to be an under rated gem in the world of overrated hotels in AZ. I would choose this resort over the Phoenician, Gainey Ranch and the Princess. I have reviewed this resort before - all positive. Highlights again were the kids club which my kids adore, the pools, and the terrific service at the pool area. In... More

Visited from England. Fantastic place to stay. Amazing surroundings, in the shadow of mountains. Very relaxing and staff extremely friendly. Golf course looked amazing. The Gym was first class. Room was top class and very comfortable with a balcony view of the Poland grounds to sit and enjoy warm evenings. Awesome place

I spent 4 nights at this hotel for a conference and was fairly disappointed. Upon check-in, I was told I'd have a room with a water view. Sadly, I had a room on the opposite side and was left with a parking lot. One of the bellmen told me the front desk clerks never go in the hallways, so they... More

Stayed here during a conference and took full advantage of amenities. The grounds were lovely and running the interpretive trail let me read a little about the desert plants, the recreation of the Gila river and the local Indian tribes. The rooms are comfortable, with large bathrooms and balconies. The rooms were a little loud, with hallway noise reverberating, but... More

I stayed at this resort for a conference. The facility is an easy 20 minute ride from the airport. Check-in was a breeze the the check-in staff was highly professional. The rooms, like many resorts, are pretty spread out, so be prepared for a bit of a walk. The rooms were very comfortable, large with nice balconies. My room tended... More

We visited for the casino only. It was a good place to get out of the heat and play, if you like to gamble. Free parking. It's not like Las Vegas so don't have expectations of free drinks being brought to you or 24/7 restaurants to eat at. Good choices of places to eat at from fast food to very... More

Stayed here for a business training. The scenery was beautiful. It's out in the dessert so you can see the mountains in the back ground. Very serene, peaceful and quite. There isn't much out where the hotel is, so if your looking for things to do outside the hotel it probably isn't the best choice. The hotel is very expansive,... More

We had the occasion to spend Saturday April 11th checking out the following morning. We arrived to the property at 2, no more than a 3 minute wait to be checked in. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. The traditional king room was clean and in good repair. Bed was comfortable nice soaking tub with... More

I will give bullet points of good and bad: Good: The location. It's hidden away from the freeway and casino. Beautiful views greet you as you walk into the open lobby. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Pool service which lagged the first day were there..improved. Pools are nice. Service at Ko'Sin restaurant was attentive. Food was good- I... More
