We hold very positive thoughts about our stays at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass in Chandler, Arizona. We live in the Pacific Northwest and love to go south for the sun. We have previously stayed with our children for a week at Wild Horse Pass, but recently returned from a short stay without the kids. Everything about our stay, from... more

We stayed here for our anniversary. We were impressed when we found a box of chocolates and a lovely card waiting for us in our room. What a nice touch! The hotel room itself was also very nice. Every single staff member that we encountered was friendly and courteous. We got up early and took the 2.5 mile trail around... more

This was a splurge for us. I loved the room and the view. You can see wild horses roaming the property (they were really far, but we saw them). We were visiting relatives in the Phoenix area and got a deal on the room. The resort is on the Gila Reservation at the southern end of the Phoenix metro area.... more

My trip report for Sheraton Wild Horse Pass including our day trip to the Grand Canyon, and our visit to Old Town Scottsdale. June 27 - July 4th (8 days, 7 nights) I believe in "Show and Tell" so I have plenty of pictures for your viewing pleasure, including the some of the food we ate at the resort and... more

In January of 2009, my wife made reservations at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass for the 4th of July so that our kids could watch the Fireworks display across the street. As Sheraton had a special, these reservations were confirmed and changed to the special price in May of 2009. Supposed to have 2 double beds, non-smoking, overlooking the parking... more

After reading some of the negative reviews of this resort, I was very leery. However, I will admit, we LOVED our stay here. We have been going to Phoenix in June for the last 7 years. We have tried a new resort each time. This resort was wonderful. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was wonderful. The... more

Although we live local in the Phoenix area, my boyfriend and I wanted to get a way from it all even if it was just for one day. We found a great deal online and booked the room. Although the website states a 4:00 check in, I called and was told that if they could get us in early they... more

Thank you for your graciousness. If you do not mind sharing, do you remember your guest room number? We want to have our engineering...

I stayed here for six nights as part of a conference. The room I was given was just off the lobby so I did not have some of the 'long walk' issues mentioned by previous reviewers as well as fellow conference attendees. The staff from check-in to the spa to housekeeping to the restaurant were all very attentive, very friendly,... more

Dear Guest, We are honored that you enjoyed your stay with us and found our staff attentive and friendly. We welcome and greatly appreciate your feedback. I wanted to take the time to reply to a few of your concerns. With regard to the layout of our resort, when the resort was designed we wanted a space that had smooth...

Stayed here the last week of May (101 degrees in PHX) and the hotel was running a special for Starwood Preferred Guests. Rooms started at $89. We got Executive Suites (normally $379) for $229. LARGE ROOMS, LARGE BATHROOMS, two patios with PRETTY VIEWS, prompt and thorough housekeeping + room service. VERY NICE STAFF from valet and throughout. FAMILY-FRIENDLY POOL with... more

We've stayed in many Starwood properties and this one was an average property that provided great value. We had connected rooms for our 9 and 10 year old girls, and the staff did an excellent job of making certain days prior to our arrival that we would have connected rooms, as requested. We had requested an in-room fridge due to... more
