The desk staff and manager went out of their way to work with an outside reservation company to bypass restrictions on reservation changes and find us a better appointed, more comfortable room. We really appreciated their consideration and effort More

We moved to this hotel rather than continue staying in downtown Tempe. The reception staff were extremely helpful and our jacuzzi-equipped room was spacious and good value compared to downtown Tempe prices. The room was well appointed and clean, the inculsive breakfast was good and we go back and stay here again. More
