Nice hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked really well (important in June in the desert.) While we were close to the pool area, it closed at 9:00, so there was no particular noise later in the evening. Beds were comfortable. We had a room with a balcony, which was nice for morning... From the Customer Service to events that occurred in the room & treatment once it was reported are unthinkable. I would not stay here if it was the last place on earth nor would I allow my worst enemy stay here.

The staff is great. The suite was clean. I would never get a suite again. The sofabed was so awful! Very thin mattress and lumpy. Two adjoining rooms cost the same and at least we all would have gotten a good nights sleep.

After indoor skydiving for a 16th bday party we decided to stay at Wildhorse for a fun night. First disappointment, pool closes at 9. Forget the bed bug reviews. We were not bitten. Had two rooms. One room was great, nice bed, comfy sheets, etc. The other a 1970's lumpy mattress, old sheet's, etc. The "adult" teens could not go... More

We are so sorry your were disappointed about your visit. Because of our policies and Arizona's gaming laws, we admittedly are not set up to entertain those under age 21 very well. If you visit the area again, we’d recommend the Sheraton at Wild Horse Pass, which is next door. That hotel is better suited for families. Enjoy the rest... More

We have chosen to stay here several times before, and come back again and again - besides the rooms being beautiful and spacious, the customer service is outstanding! We had the great fortune on our last trip and then again this time, which was the second weekend in June, to have conversations with a manager named MATT KAHLER, he was... More

Was totally unexpected to find a casino this large while traveling in Arizona! Very clean, didn't smell like smoke and the slots were awesome! Easy parking access, and everything is well marked as to where to go!

I travel alot, so this bedbug incident at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel has me nervous. I decided to check out a couple sites to see any info on this - I couldn't find anything. What adviser sites are there that keep you posted on hotels having bedbug epidemics??

We had two rooms reserved for a conference. We called to change one king bed room to a double bed room and had no problems with that. It was handled quickly and we were pleased. We were traveling with a 16 year old and called to inquire of the facilities or amenities that he could take advantage of while we... More

This place has so much potential to be 5 stars except for those walls. We were listening to the lady in the room next door until midnight. She sure had a lot to say. Of course, bear in mind that if you can hear everything next door they can hear you as well. The bedsheets were of a material with... More

We stayed because we found a good deal ($59 + tax for a night) and wanted a night-away. The room was clean and they honored our request for a high-up room facing the pool. Very comfortable bed. The workout facility had everything we needed so I was so glad to get a good workout in. I didn't do any gambling.... More
