We had fun here. Busy place. There are plenty of machines, from penny on up. The penny machines do not do a penny at a time though. They are in increments, so ten bucks can disappear quickly. Smoking is allowed so be aware of that. Our clothes didn't reek of smoke when we left. I presented my state driver's license... More

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel overnight so we could see the Engelbert Humperdink concert. We were greeted by Marcia at the desk who was both personable and professional in her demeanor. Marcia made sure we had a room by the elevator (my wife is in a surgical boot) and answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly.... More

Sometimes it is difficult to rate places due to where I live and frequent back home. Ohio is a NON smoking state.I was there for a conference. This hotel is NON smoking but the casino allows smoking. The ventilation isn't the best. The other thing was... if it is a casino, shouldn't there be table games. Well there isn't any... More

This was our first visit at this casino in AZ. We were visiting family in Chandler and decided to check it out since we had a couple of hours to spend on our own. We were 2 adults with 2 adult children. We have been to Vegas, Atlantic City and Mohegan Sun so we had something to compare this casino... More

brought in the new year at The Pass. Fantastic, plenty of action and what a night> the hotel staff was great, friendly, attentive and they always make you feel like a special guest. Room was clean and inviting. All the amenities were first rate. Could not have a been at a better place to ring in 2015.

I stayed here a night just to enjoy the peace and quiet and I was not disappointed. Check in was quick and the people at the counter were really nice and courteous. It was not crowded and I enjoyed the outdoor Jacuzzi immensely as it was a cool ( borderline cold at night) winter's day. The pool area where the... More

The rooms are very nice. The bathroom is good size. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are plenty big. There are several good dining options in the casino area. There is also an outlet mall area nearby, as well as numerous restaurants. The golf course at the resort is fun to play.

Our family went to see Bret Michaels in the Ovations theater. What a disappointment. We had seats in the second section which you would think would have been great, but the seats are not stadium style nor are they staggered. The seats themselves are cheap school style seats (flimsy design, folding chair). So we saw the backs of fellow concert... More

Staff was indifferent, and did not provide basic information about room (i.e. that they were putting me in a room with two double beds instead of the king I booked) at check in or when I switched rooms or that when they switched me to a king bed room that it was a ADA accessible room with a handicap shower,no... The rooms in the hotel are really nice. They have water for free, TV and coffee. The rest of the items have pricing. The bed was really comfortable and the casino was packed. We ate at one of the little cafe's on the left walking in (I can't remember the name). Their pricing is really good and the food was... More
