Totally amazed at how huge and private my room was. I didn't expect the tub-spa or the kitchen area! And then there was beakfast. omg... Perfect eggs, and meats and muffins and scones!!!!! and cream. Real cream, and real COFFEE!!!!! and lemonade. And good music playing. Starting my day at Carolyn's breakfast table, filled me up with interesting and fun... More

Spur Cross Bed and Breakfast Inn is a wonderful place to spend a few days in Cave Creek, a delightful old western type down just north of Phoenix/Scottsdale. We go to Scottsdale two or three times a year to Arabian Horse events and normally have stayed in Scottsdale, venturing north once in a while to Cave Creek for food or... More

After an exhausting journey from the UK via JFK, it was lovely to come and stay at this beautiful desert hideaway. The room we had was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was also exceptionally clean. Fresh milk provided and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Carolyn is a very gracious and interesting host. It was a real treat... More

My fiance' found this wonderful oasis from the Phoenix heat. The summer evenings were idyllic for a brief walk, there are horses and donkeys to pet, and plenty of restaurants closeby to choose from. Carolyn, our hostess was quite accomodating and friendly; we really enjoyed the morning chats as well as the delicious breakfast. We stayed in the Saguaro room... More

After a traumatic journey from Las Vegas this was a calm, tranquil much needed stop-over.My wife and I have not experienced staying in a U.S. type B/B Inn before and we're very impressed with Spur Cross. The Mesquite Suite we stayed in was roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed, the bed was exceptionally big and cozy. Carolyn the owner was a... More

Arriving at Sky Harbor and finding our way out of the city that had far overgrown itself from our memory, we found our oasis, the Spur Cross B&B. The property, originally built as a B&B, commands a great view of the area and is peaceful yet close to shopping and such. As outstanding as the B&B is it is the... More

After more than 2 weeks on the road through Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado and Arizona my son and I crashed by chance into this beautiful place: Carolyn and her family were perfect hosts. The place is beautifully situated in the desert north of Scottsdale in Cave Creek, just minutes away from downtown and Phoenix International. The breakfast was excellent,... More

As a B&B this is the most friendly and homely place we have ever stayed. The room styles are just perfect for an experience of the South West USA. We loved the welcome and were treated as part of the family by Carolyn the owner as well as her sons. There was a good varied breakfast on the table each... More

This B & B will surprise you! Nestled in the dessert but very close to town-we loved it. Was visiting Cave Creek for its charm and hiking - had seen this B & B on a previous visit and choose to stay here-No regrets. Carolyn the owner is welcoming and accommodating and has a great place. Breakfast was delicious -... More

We arrived late in Phoenix and had a little trouble finding the B&B... but the welcome we got when we finally made it was fantastic. Greeted like old (lost) friends. A great room and wonderful company at breakfast... Met Emery Mehok there the western writer would also recommend his books too. Would love to go back if the chance arises...... More
